This is the last time I order from here. Spent $76 forgot an order fries. I asked for carrots celery. Got only celery. Cheese sauce was basically water sauce tasted like cheese. Did not get bottle sodas which I paid extra for. Then try to call for 20 mins and no one picks up. They mess up the order Everytime I order from here and said last time I wouldn't. People wanted it while watching sports. Never again. They never refund. They try to blame it on delivery. Absolutely horrible service. I do not ever recommend people not to give a store business, however this is absolutely horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS PLACE!

I absolutely love this restaurant. Of course I ordered the wings with buffalo. Our Server was very attentive, professional and friendly. The restaurant including the bathroom is very clean.I highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. See below.Update: We returned here today and it appears to be a completely different experience. The bathroom was a bit unkept. The service appears to be a bit slow. The vibe was different. So, we had our drinks poured into containers. To go.The outside temperature was about 45 degrees. Inside it was apparently quite cold. I didn't want to order anything this trip. So we left.Apparently it's okay sometimes and not great other times.Review was modified.Parking: There is ample parking.Kid-friendliness: This is a family and friends kind of place. Of course Kids are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: It is handicapped accessible. The restaurant is on the first floor. You won't have any issues here. The staff will assist you if needed.

This place sucks. I went a few months back and the server acted as if we weren’t even there and I was hoping to say something good about the food but it was just as bad as the service. I figured I’d try again the other night although the service was okay this time the food was still disgusting.

Nobody works here. Walked in and didn't see an employee for like 5 minutes. Super understaffed, you can tell the people working are working hard snd theyre overwhelmed. There just literally is no staff, there are like 4 people working and it's Friday night..

Is this place normally understaffed or potentially closing down? This is my second visit where I walked in and there was absolutely no one in sight that worked there. It was Wednesday around 1pm, bar side was dark. Dining area had about 5 tables with patrons but we walked around the place for 4-5 minutes just trying to find anyone that worked there. Eventually one single human popped out of the back with drinks in hand and just said "sit anywhere". Is there literally ONE person that works there? I wouldn't even mention it if it wasn't a recurring theme. First time was a week night dinner and we had to climb over the bar to find our own menus. Food was as expected, service was slow but friendly but how fast can I expect it when the server is also the greeter and cook?

This review is from experience prior to fall 2023 as i have decided to never returned. Location is Less than 5 mins from where I live so use to go often but wont get BWW from here anymore. 3 strikes yay out, literally for me. each time several months a part so its wasn't a bad day or changes in kitchen staff. Was always a place my family enjoyed to sit down and eat with the kids (pre 2020) but after that, my 2 take out and 1 dine experience were horrible (food taste and quality wise). Servers are fine but can't make up for the cold food, wrong orders or missing items from the kitchen and corners cut on quality. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles more and go to another BWW. Food quality is definitely not what keeps this one open...Parking: Always crowded lotKid-friendliness: Kid friendly restaurant side of course not the bar

Tried the new Bourbon Sauce. It was a little sweet for my taste, but definitely a nice change. The everything pretzel knots order had five large pieces, one for everyone in our group. The server was very attentive. The trivia questions kept us entertained. As always, we enjoyed our HH visit.
The food at this Buffalo wild wings is not on par with other Buffalo Wild Wings.

In a surprise this was a great experience once we got a table. Wings were cooked properly, the server did her job well and other than the cost of the wing themselves (which is no different than any other restaurant) nothing negative to say. Will come back.

Man im disappointed, i usually love me some buffalo wild wings but the one here in Deer Park is seriously lacking the food quality and the service is completely the worst i have seen enough for me to not tip at all ( i have never done this). As i walked in i stood in the doorway 15 min waiting to be acknowledged and sat down. The waitress was completely ignoring us i had to get a manager as we were waiting for 20 wings for close to 30 mins. Two tables that came after us got their food way before we did! I sent back the wings as they tasted dry and the bbq was really bland. I might give them another shot and upgrade my rating if i see improvement but who ever is running this place you are hurting the brand 100%
