Shayna is the Best ! She’s at the drive through every time I go and she always greets me with a smile, great service and always makes sure my order is exactly how I asked. Go through the drive through and say Hi to her. You’ll be happy you did !

The ASSISTANT MANAGER (didn’t catch her name) at this location on 10/17/24 at 1:47 everything was good up until we go to the window. We had two meals, she gave one barbecue sauce and one honey mustard. We simply asked for one more extra sauce after we paid. she decided to say that the sauce isn’t for fries that it’s for other things basically telling us what the sauce is for and refusing to give it to us. Basically trying to argue back n forth instead of just giving the sauce. So i looked at her and said are you seriously making it a big deal over extra sauce? are you kidding me? and we asked for one MORE of each one for TWO MEALS. she ended up giving it but the fact she gave us a hard time and decided to go back and forth over why she couldn’t give us the sauce is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! The food was delicious but her customer service was terrible.

Stopped by this location last night to get the new Addams Family collaboration and let me tell you, I was not disappointed with it!
Food is good except for the customer service, Allison needs to be more gentle because since we arrived, she was so mad at our kids when we asked for another order. She was madder! So I'm disappointed with Allison. The other coworkers were gentle
