Worst BK. Over 12 minutes to get food that was sitting under heat lamps. The manager who was expediting couldn't do the job. He still managed to screw up my order. I'm done with this location. Store was dirty and men's room forget about it. Big floor drain was missing its top. Lawsuit ready to

I am not much of a fast food eater mainly because of perceived low value. Today, I stopped by this establishment. I have been to a few other locations and have noticed a trend. They are paying attention to win over customers. I am now included. Consider me a fan! Here's a Rundown on why. 1) Friendly drive thru staff. The window staff even asked if I wanted ketchup. No one does that these days. Plenty of napkins in the bag. Straw included. 2) Clean appearance of Outdoor grounds3) Value. I used $6.99 coupon for Whooper (no cheese), large fries, large soda. There were four coupon inserts in my local mailing. I have enough coupons until July 30 now. 4) Most chains don't offer large sizes on coupons5) Fries were hot and delicious6) Soda was properly light on ice with good fizzy carbonation. I had the Diet Coke. 7) Whooper was hot with big portions of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. Also plenty of sauce. Burger King keeps hitting home runs. I will remain a fan if they uphold value.
