I was really disappointed with my visit here. When I went to the buffet, I saw roaches in the serving area, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a place serving open food. On top of that, there was no seating available because they said the restaurant was closing soon. Instead of offering a refund or better solution, staff told guests they could just take whatever would fit into a takeout container and leave. It felt rushed and unprofessional. Between the cleanliness issues and the way closing time was handled, I don’t feel comfortable coming back or recommending this place to others.

My sisters and I booked there private room for a surprise 70th birthday for our Mom. Upon arrival we were brought to the private room where we always had family sitting there and there was a leak in the middle of room with a bucket and a caution sign saying floor can be wet! With that I personally asked if there was another room, they brought us to a place where it was not private and crowded with a lot of people! Again we needed the private room and this is why it was booked there.. while we where sitting there the roof started to leak again in three different spots where our family was getting food and water from outside was dripping on there food. My sister then proceeded to rearrange the tables so the family wouldn’t get wet, we had no help from the restaurant workers with this nor did they offer to help. When it came time for us to my sister and I went to the desk and paid, we asked if there is anything they can do for the inconvenience, the manager was rude, got loud and proceeded to advise nothing they can do.. (male manager)we had family who traveled from out of state to be there for the surprise for our mom, we are very disappointed on how this was handled, they had an area that should have been setup for our family and not setup in the room were the roof was leaking, very unprofessional. I would say an inspector needs to be called to this place and they need to be reported, we took a ton of pictures of the leaks. At this point we still believe we need to refunded a little bit of money. We had no choice we had to many people to be in the mix of the place and paid for a private room… I would not advise anyone to eat here or book a private room. I would rate this place a zero if I could, so disappointed, we had to put on smiles so our mom had a good time! That being said we have several family members that have been sick after eating their food.. something needs to be done here, they should be shut down and inspected throughly.

We told hostess that it would take us time because of our surgeries to go back and forth to the buffet. Yet she still kicked us out after spending $60 for lunch. Very disappointing! Seemed like they were prejudice against handicapped people. Not a good look. Boo... Sad because the food was good, the dessert bar looked good, but we couldn't taste it because the hostess basically kicked us out and embarrassed us very badly. The nice waitress we had actually felt bad for us. We were thinking about having a family party there, but NO WAY! Not a good place for people in a wheelchair or people with handicaps. In this day and age they should be ashamed of themselves!
