The food is nasty and overpriced. How do you get pork fried rice wrong? Had to throw it away. Definitely regret trying this place. Yuck!

Parking: Parking lot is undergoing renovation. Not so easy to navigate with a box of food in hand.

Never again!! We've been going here for a couple of years but the customer service, the cleanliness and the food have steadily been going down hill. The woman (I believe the owner) has become so nasty and rude. We ordered a couple of take out combo orders tonight and when we picked up the orders she asked if we needed any sauces and we said yes, we need 6 duck sauces. She said "that's too much...will give you 3". We again said we need 6, what's the big deal? She said NO, and then threw 3 little packets in the bag and walked away. We again said we would like more, they're small and she would not even acknowledge we were talking. Her son then walked over and handed us a handful. We will never go again. She's a horrible person who should go out of business. PS - we got home and didn't even get everything we orderd!!

Will NEVER NEVER set foot in the place again. I asked for 6 of each sauce and the owner (the wife who is always miserable) told me that was too much for our 2 combos and walked away from me. I will go to any other place than this. Such a horrible person. And to add insult to injury they didn't give us our entire order that we paid for!!

Staff had forgotten things in my order. When I called to ask about it, the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, yelling at me saying I was wrong. Food has become terrible and undercooked. Do not order here, order from I perial orchid instead.

Every single order I have gotten from Ching Lai has been delicious, incredibly generously portioned, and fresh. The service is good, and the place is almost always very busy with take-out and delivery orders. They are my go-to and their Singapore Chow Mei Fun is one of my favorite things on the menu.

I dropped by yesterday for a pint of roast pork fried rice. The fried rice was exactly how I like it. Growing up fried rice was brown. Unfortunately it is often yellow on many other places and it just isn’t the same. It is for this reason that I plan to stop by again for more.

Consistently tasty take out spot. My family has been coming here for years and has become our go to place. One of my personal weaknesses is cheese wontons and the ones here are some of the best I’ve had
