Never again!! We've been going here for a couple of years but the customer service, the cleanliness and the food have steadily been going down hill. The woman (I believe the owner) has become so nasty and rude. We ordered a couple of take out combo orders tonight and when we picked up the orders she asked if we needed any sauces and we said yes, we need 6 duck sauces. She said "that's too much...will give you 3". We again said we need 6, what's the big deal? She said NO, and then threw 3 little packets in the bag and walked away. We again said we would like more, they're small and she would not even acknowledge we were talking. Her son then walked over and handed us a handful. We will never go again. She's a horrible person who should go out of business. PS - we got home and didn't even get everything we orderd!!

Will NEVER NEVER set foot in the place again. I asked for 6 of each sauce and the owner (the wife who is always miserable) told me that was too much for our 2 combos and walked away from me. I will go to any other place than this. Such a horrible person. And to add insult to injury they didn't give us our entire order that we paid for!!

Ordered from this spot on a recommendation of a friend who use to work in the area. Gotta say he wasn't wrong!!! Food had good taste, nice temperature, and FULL!!! I can't even begin to tell you how good the Egg Roll was, it was HUGE. The soup was soooo tasty and full of noodles and by the time I got to the pepper steak I was full lol. The store had and old school Chinese Take Out Feel and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend and would order from here again.

Staff had forgotten things in my order. When I called to ask about it, the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, yelling at me saying I was wrong. Food has become terrible and undercooked. Do not order here, order from I perial orchid instead.
Every single order I have gotten from Ching Lai has been delicious, incredibly generously portioned, and fresh. The service is good, and the place is almost always very busy with take-out and delivery orders. They are my go-to and their Singapore Chow Mei Fun is one of my favorite things on the menu.

I dropped by yesterday for a pint of roast pork fried rice. The fried rice was exactly how I like it. Growing up fried rice was brown. Unfortunately it is often yellow on many other places and it just isn’t the same. It is for this reason that I plan to stop by again for more.

We have been ordering from this restaurant forever. we even moved to Patchogue and still took the hour drive back to Deer Park to pick up our dinner at least once a week. I cannot believe how rude they were to us after so many years. They will dump cookies in my bag that I don't touch and forget so many items that should be in the bag but are not, but my husband asked for mustard like we always do and they charged him 40 cents for this. on top of the increase on prices, on top of the charge card percentage - when did we start paying for their cost of doing business???? we are done and I know that means nothing to them-the owners. but we won't be back. 40 cents won't kill me. but on top of everything else it won't kill them either. I don't need to be treated that way. hanging up on me telling me they are busy. the food the tip, the cost, I can find another I am sure. We the consumer have more power than we think. we need to exercise that. it is not just the flavor of the food but the service u are given. it is the Customer Care and Service that matters. WE WONT BE BACK!!! I will find another, just like I found them. Walter and Sandi

I’ve been eating Chinese for my whole life. I’m 64 years old and I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce, when they what kind of sauce I wanted I picked duck sauce, soy sauce and a container of the house made hot mustard. They wanted to charge me .40 cents. I have never ever paid for hot mustard!!! Won’t be returning to this establishment!!!
