This review isn't about the quality of the cookie because they are delicious. This review is about dealing with management and chip city customer service itself.
My daughter had a wonderful idea to start a blanket drive for the holidays to visit nursing homes in our community and hand out blankets to residents who have no one for the holidays that visit them.
As an additional idea my daughter thought maybe some local places could donate a sweet treat to bring to these people to make their holidays a little better. I had reached out to the store numerous times with the information and contact iinfo and never received a call even when the district manager was in store that day. Also emailed chip city customer service twice and wasn't even acknowledged. If they were unable to donate I can understand but a response would have been nice... some kind of response.
I find it absolutely bride and disrespectful. I figured it would have been good for business also to show the store helps out the community for a good heartfelt cause but I guess not.
I will really rethink my decision when I need a sweet treat in my life to go and visit this store. **still no response even to the review I will no longer give this company my business **

We went in and it smelt amazing you just get hit with the sweet smell as you walk in.The person working at the front helping us was very kind and very helpful when we needed help picking from the many delicious looking choices.we walked out with the cookies and as soon as we took our first bites we were in loveeeeeee.we got the chocolate smores,smores,and the chocolate chip cookies and they were all amazing and so moist and soft on the inside and just the perfect cookie.Will definitely be coming back for more.

I purchased a too good to go box. The box has an assortment of thin and thick chocolate chip cookies. I also purchased a thinwich with Nutella, which was delicious, soft and chewy with creamy Nutella in the center. Girl behind the counter was very friendly.

Really good cookies. I like the cookies I tried a lot (teddy-fetti, choc chip, double choc chip, and cookies and cream) and their ice cream cookie sundae was really good too, though I believe I was overcharged for it when I went (said $9 on the sign but rang up for a couple dollars more.)
