They always get the food right but every time I go in there and interact with the staff they are very rude and make me feel very unwelcome

Yesterday was my 2nd and last time going there. The Indian/Cooli girl with the head wrap is not a nice or friendly person. She's also rude and always has a nasty attitude. This one is closer to my home but I don't mind going to another Dunkin Donuts that's further away. I will no longer patronize this particular store. I hope they're not moving to the new one they're building where Checkers use to be.

Food is good, but service is terrible. Twice I put in an order through the app and have had at least one item missing, and they said the item was not included in the order (it was). When I explained the situation today to an employee, he was quite rude with his response as well. Dunkin’ overall is okay, but this location is very sub-par.

This is my local store but it’s really gone downhill. My latte tasted like milk so I simply asked them to add another drop of coffee in it. The woman at the counter then mocked me by saying a latte is milk (as if I don’t know what a latte ish and stated if I want more coffee I need to order something else. They then threw out my drink, made it again the exact same way, and asked me to try it over. Knowing it didn’t taste any better but didn’t wanna cause a problem I said it was fine. But the woman stated “well we remade it the exact same way so the first drink was fine.”
I wasn’t trying to cause an issue, and it doesn’t take a lot to just add an extra drop of coffee since I’ve had other locations do it before, as I get lattes all the time with usually no issue.

Came here a few times at night on my way home from the gym. I always get the most disgusting iced coffee. Taste like they just throw tap water and stale coffee together with some 2% milk. Night crew is terrible and full of attitude. They work less and talk more with each other. Hard to get someone to take your order unless you call out to them. Dunkin 5 min drive down the road is better ?.

The floor was wet, they need a rubber mat by the front door. I almost went down.
Customer service is terrible. The manager always has a poor attitude. The assistant manager had an even worse attitude. Asked specifically for certain munchkins and they gave me a terribly attitude and a face about it. Pre ordered donuts for today and paid and no one knew what I was talking about. Back in February I ordered a cake and they had no idea the difference between cakes. It took a half hour or more to place the order. Every time it’s an attitude from them. I will not be returning to this location.
