Guac Time Mexican Grill

So I've been to this restaurant quite a few times. I've found it to be hit or miss with the quantity of protein you receive with a burrito bowl. I dont know if the employee serving the food takes the extra protein home. When I asked if thats what the employee considers extra protein they scooped a portion of protein and as if this person had already hit a quota in steak pieces they can give they put the scoop back down into the container while staring me in the face. Id say in total i may have recieved maybe a a quater of a serving when i very clearly asked for double meat. The bowl I got cost about $20. Definitely not woth that amount when you are clearly shorted on food. Seems to be the same employee that does this. A customer right before thought they had been shorted as well. Let's not go down thr same route as a similar Mexican grill here.

Most Delicious Tres Leeches cake I have ever had 😋 its in the fridge with the drinks must try. I also love the Chipotle Chicken burritos and the Birria.

ordered chicken tacos and they messed up my whole order I had taken off the red sauce also and that was still added when I opened the tacos it was a mess all in the box. The tacos are supposed to come with corn… no corn was involved on the tacos

😡😡😡Order counter Lady is so rude and arrogant … she doesn’t take my order because I tell plz change my cheez because she colour full I tell add white cheez she thru the bwol and not take my order still I’m order uber online then I eat food … and not this time she all time same 😡😡😡😡

Every time I order on Uber eats you guys never give me enough sauce or any sauce at all. I used to support your business probably 2 to 3 times a week, but I won’t be doing that anymore sadly

Very rude customer service at the Deer Park location. I came in and waited 4 minutes while no one offered to take my order or ask me am I picking up. 2 people were fixing the menu and 2 people were chatting with their back turned. I say, “hello” and the guy looks and me and rolls his eyes and just ignored me. I say hello again and he says, “you see what we are doing”. I will never order from any Guac Time again. My order was $57, confirmed on Uber Eats.

Guac time is my favorite place i visit every night the service is always fast and friendly staff today I was amazed to see only two girls working Vishali and Ivana they mostly do nights it was a huge queue till the gate but within 5-7MINS THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS and attended all of them patiently and friendly I love guacamole time food hospitality and service
