Was in the area working and decided to have lunch here. The place has a very large menú to chose from so I was a bit hesitant on that. Usually places with large menus tend to have a hard time keeping items fresh, but no not here at hell's kitchen the food was great flavor and taste are great. I ordered a chicken gyro platter. The gentleman behind the counter insisted I try the empanadas so I did and it was very good. The crust was very crispy and flaky just like a traditional empanada and it was stuffed with spicy chicken. I wish I would have ordered a few more. I recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Worst meal I ever had. They need a lot of work here. Canned mushrooms for the burgers. Half a slice of onion on the burger. No fountain soda. Two chairs. They don’t even have salt packets and trust me; they need salt packets!! No frills, for sure!!! Guy at the front was friendly and nice, on a positive note.

they can do better by not packaging the food the way that they do. The fries are packaged well, and vented. Don’t pre-wrap a burger with lettuce and tomato. Keep them separate. No condiments. No need for tinfoil, it’s a hot pot steamer. Always order rare because even by the time the steak rests it’s still producing enough heat to cook.
Used to be great, but apparently, there are new owners. I called to place an order and the answered as a different name. I asked if they had the same HK menu, he said yes and took my order, sounding tentative, and said he would call back in a couple of minutes to confirm. Never called back.

We didn’t know they changed hands and was looking for one last good meal before we moved. My chicken was way over done, the lettuce under it was brown, probably from the chicken being over done, and we were missing an order of fries. Hell’s Kitchen was really good food, but now you’d be better off eating elsewhere. The only good thing is I won’t be sad about not being able to get their food anymore. Shouldn’t mess with something if it ain’t broke!
