Amazing delicious food

Charged me twice and dont wanna refund they dont even give the people that are doing the grills the tips that people put in started to get mad and started screaming because he didnt wanna refund us our money

DO NOT EAT HERE. I read the other reviews and they are lying. I swear the worst food I have ever ate on Long Island. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I wish I could get a refund. I will tell everyone how bad this place is because I genuinely think you will get sick. Hibachi Grill, can I get a refund?

We found a cucaracha 🪳 in the wall. So disgusting 🤢 I pretty sure they have all over.

Food was cold and some of them needed salt . The food options were disappointing compared to other Buffets. The place looked dirty and infested with Bedbugs. Seat cushions are worn out and loose. First time coming here and last time.

I came to Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet. I didn’t know they discriminate against people who have food allergies. The worker and manager were very rude and nasty, once I told them I had a peanut allergy they rudely told me ‘I don’t know, go somewhere else’. They said I couldn’t eat there instead of instructing me which foods had my allergens. I have even eaten here before so I am very shocked. Before they have showed me the food to keep away from in a kindly manner, today was completely unacceptable and embarrassing.

Very inpolate staff service. They just pushing the customer about giving the percentage of tips.

Terrible service those who serve throw away the cutlery and straws and finally take the money and act crazy. They don't ask for their tip, they just take the money and disappear. And if you don't tip, they treat you worse.

I came to this restaurant with my husband and kids, hoping to enjoy a nice meal together, but we were all very disappointed. 👎👎👎The food had little to no flavor, and it was hard to even figure out what we were eating because the labels were all over the place. My child doesn’t eat pork, but because of their poor labeling, ended up eating it by mistake. That really upset me as a mother. The whole place felt disorganized, and the way the staff treated us was very rude and dismissive. For the high price they charged, I expected much better food and service. We will not be returning.

I went to this Chinese buffet with my family—my mom, dad, and two brothers—and honestly, 👎👎👎👎it was a really disappointing experience. The food was bland and flavorless, and some dishes were oddly sweet in an annoying way. The food labels weren’t even placed correctly, which caused a serious issue for me. I don’t eat pork, but because of their mislabeling, I ended up eating what I thought were beef ribs that turned out to be pork. That’s unacceptable. The place was messy and completely disorganized. And on top of all that, the employees were extremely rude—not just inattentive, but genuinely unfriendly. We paid a lot, and for what? The quality of food and service was way below average. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I paid my bill and one of the staff brought back my check and demanded a tip. we serviced ourselves and most of their staff we interacted with weren’t friendly . This was my second and last time coming here. The food I’d rate 8/10
