Went over the weekend with my son and my friend, all to be greeted by our waiter who was not friendly in the least ! Don't bother sitting by the bar thinking your going to watch a sports game , we asked if they could put the hockey game on ,his response was “no we can’t “ !
To top it all off, the food was ok , nothing to jump up and down about ! When we received our bill of 78.00 , the waiter just left it on the table, and when we paid in cash, he did not even ask if we wanted change back . Service was disgusting ! Crowded kids running around . More like a circus than an actual restaurant. Think twice before going there . Go to sake Asian place is cleaner ,and at least the staff there enjoy working

Trapz Uptight

My two cousins and I went to Habachi Grill & Supreme, and the experience was uncomfortable and frustrating from the start.
When we walked in, the waitress asked how many people were eating. We said three. He said okay and went to check for tables. He came back and said there were tables available, but then told us we had to pay first. That already felt strange because at most buffets, you eat first and then pay. We assumed maybe they had new rules and didn’t want to argue, so we paid.
After getting our food and sitting down, we noticed something that didn’t sit right with us. A family walked in after us, got seated immediately, and did not pay first. We tried to brush it off and thought maybe they had a reservation. But then another family of four came in, got seated, and also didn’t pay first.
At that point, it was obvious something was wrong. We went back to the register and asked why we were the only ones required to pay upfront. The man behind the register looked uncomfortable and gave a vague excuse, saying something like “sometimes people pay first, sometimes they don’t,” which made no sense—especially since we were clearly singled out.
This experience made us feel profiled and treated unfairly. Because of this, I will never return to this restaurant. Respect and fair treatment matter, and this place failed at both.

Need to stop giving the bill to customers before they finish eating and than they demand a tip its so unprofessional and rude. I been there a few times and each time since the same thing. You guys need to train them different cause forcing your customer to tip during there time eating is rude and need to stop rushing people

The Frog's Den

We went here on Thanksgiving and loved it. So many different foods to choose from, and all of them delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place!

They have HORRIBLE customer service. We said 2 adults and changed us for my 2nd who doesn't eat and when we tried to dispute it the manager who said he wasn't the manager gave us a hard time and played the cameras back to make sure she didn't eat. Then when they saw she didn't eat instead of just giving us the 10 dollar difference they refunded the whole transaction and tried to make us repay with no receipt that has refund on it. Saying that they couldn't give us cash because thats not the store policy. The manager was extremely rude and obnoxious and not only to us but to another customer who had a complaint. That place never has to worry about getting my money

This place would be wonderful if it wasn’t for the horrendous service and management. We had a party and the price was amazing however we were misled on the time we were allowed to set up (after visiting the week prior to confirm) and take down. They started slamming tables around despite there being children nearby and even took a drink someone was drinking and told them “party is over”
They spoke to a random guess about packing up
Overall I would not recommend. Plenty of buffets on the island that are likely of a similar price point and essentially ruined my child’s first birthday party

I am actually hugely surprised on this one. After looking several reviews here, I was hesitant to come by. But I did and I'm really glad that I did. Food in there are actually surprisingly amazing. I came on a Saturday and from raw clams to house pork and steak. Everything was delicious. I visited many buffet around the area. I would rank this #1 so far for the price that you paid.

However, I will avoid the Hibachi and sushi because the chef there have no idea what he's doing and burned all the beef that I gave him. Sushi are barely there as its always all gone.

Other than that every other dishes are amazing! I have never had a house pork that actually taste good. But this one is amazing. Not to mention, I cleared out about 8 dishes and the waitress was attentive and took the empty dish right away.

Some of you say there are not enough option. I think there are tons for the price that you paid! It was $15.99 on a busy Saturday. What else you can ask for?

This place was a bit of a let down, my family and I were visiting the area and was STARVING so the food wasn’t bad, until my mom ate some chicken with HAIR in it. We told the staff and management and her whole meal gotten taken off the bill but it left her with a bad experience.

I just went to this buffet with my family today and it was the worst experience ever. It was a worm on the sweet and sour chicken..so everyone be careful what you eat and where you go and eat..we would never go back to this buffet.its nasty
