The manager was SO RUDE! He said and I quote “You look like an adult, you should know what the word BUFFET means NO!”… She simply asked “can I take my plate to go? I feel sick and can’t even eat 1 bite of food”… she also stated that “ppl in the world are hungry, so why throw the food away, when she can just take her 1 lil plate to go?” The manager stated “I don’t care about hungry ppl/I’m throwing that food away!”… Will never eat here again! && The crab & chicken SUCKED!

They are becoming very nasty with there attitude when asked for a meal after waiting a long time especially there crab legs where they bring out just a few legs not enough for the people waiting for them. They are actually demanding a certain amount on tips as if its mandatory. When asked to speak to a manager they refuse and say they are just employees. Bathrooms are filthy. I'll be going somewhere else.

This location is a hit and miss sometime the food is good and sometimes it's burnt, dry,and uncooked so you have to decide on what you prefer.? Parking: This place is good for children because the place is allowed obnoxious and too many people of other persuasion they eat like your dogs, the price isn't cheap no way.
Very good food! but the rudest waiter ever! our total was 136 and we left a pretty decent amount of money for tip! she kept counting the money over and over and saying the total was 150, but that was the total including a 15% tip! She was persistente that she HAD to get 10 extra dollars and once we told her the tip was there she gave us a nasty look and took the money and stomped away! Very unprofessional! never again going back there with the way she treated us!

Spacious and pretty clean but they could clean the plates and silverware better, other than that it's nicely decorated. All of the food is tasty but I wouldnt recommend having the dessert, its not that great. Prices are affordable so its a nice place to go with a group for a fair price. It is harder to find parking on weekends, but for the most part parking is okay everytime I go.

Lastnights experience was THE WORST! The older man with the glasses is a Racist. He blatantly overcharged me and my boyfriend(black). My friend (white) paid for her food, he did not remove anything from her 2 plates she had. He opened our plates and TOOK FOOD OUT OF OUR TO GO PLATES(which weren’t filled) to overcharge us. When my FRIEND(white) sees what he is doing she is outraged and confronts him, and tells him he did not do this to her, we have the same items on all 4 plates, so why is he doing it to us? He says to her, “oh I don’t care, you want to pay more?” I charged you regular” we left with no food, feeling very disrespected & this is not the first time he has done this to us this is about the 3rd. We will never return.

Been going here since I was little when this place was way better. We were sat at a dirty table, did not order any drinks and got our food. After 40 minutes of eating we weren’t done but the waitress rudely shoved the bill in our faces. We told her we weren’t done and she kept hovering over us and staring us down. The bill was $42 and we left a $3 tip when I gave it to her she demanded I paid and shoved the receipt in my face. I gave her another $3 to avoid a problem. Never coming here again would not recommend
