Mama's Brick Oven Pizzeria

I found this place to be hit and miss, some times their pizza slices are good other times not so much. I had a chicken cutlet roll up once that was terrible was not fresh .

This small pizzeria restaurant situated in a strip mall is ideal for a quick slice of many varieties, along with salads and the typical take outs of NY pizzas and the menu I posted should give you a good idea of the offerings and prices. I had the fettuccini alfredo with brocolli and it was pretty good. The portion was large enough for 2 people if you are not hungry. The bread came out warm and was also pretty good. My wife had the stuffed shells and that portion was smaller but still pretty good.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has ample spacing on tables and chairs that are easily moved since they are not bolted to the floor.

NASTY! Pizza had hair on it and owner digs in the garbage then comes in to make the pizza without washing his hands! Don’t eat here you’re better off with food from the harbor freight next door smh

This place went downhill the meatball hero shrunk down nothing in it
all you can buy is square pizza and everything tastes the same horrible place to eat I don’t recommend it to nobody

Tried their spinach Alfredo slice for the first time tonight while ordering the usual for the family and it was delicious, def would have it again. The girls that worked there tonight were quick, efficient & courteous and served with a smile not what you would expect on a busy Friday night. The plain (my daughter’s fav) pleased her and her friend as always not to mention the pepperoni pizza has a nice little kick which I liked. This place is def a little hidden gem! Thank for the the great service and yummy dinner! :)

My husband ordered pepperoni Calzone and a sausage Calzone for Dinner last night. We received very stale, dried out, burnt Calzone that was cut in half and looked and tasted horrible, couldn't even eat it. Never again Mama's. Very disappointed in the quality of your food

UPDATE. Nicole made everything right. And went above and beyond. Yes I did have the problem below and I was very unhappy but thank you Nicole. Just called in an order for lasagna. I have the coupon from March 15th saying it was 2995 for a half tray. The young lady had the audacity to say to me know it's 3495 they'll do it for me this time what a crock I can't tell you how many times I've eaten there and ordered in but now I'm going to have to talk to the manager I am totally pissed off

I passed by this pizzeria many times and finally had an opportunity to order one of their delicious brick oven pies. The crust was incredibly crunchy.The sauce was absolutely delectable. It's got a very nice ambiance inside the restaurant. You can feed your whole family at an affordable price and not break the bank. The portions are also very large! The staff is very accommodating. We really enjoyed the pizza as well as our experience.There's plenty of parking and there are so many different choices, you can't go wrong.I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Vegetarian options: Lots of cheese pizzas, salads, calizones, etc.

Parking: Ample parking.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this is the second time I’ve had poor service here -Cold & burnt pizza -not acceptable

Easily one of the best spots in LI. If you decide to stop in ask for Nicole, she is the greatest and her customer service is absolutely amazing. Oh, and order the lasagna, you’ll thank me later!
