Loved coming here because the food has less salt than chipotle and you generally get more. Only issue is that the last time I ate here, I got food poisoning, which makes me wonder about sanitation.

Ridiculous Placed order by telephone, went to pick it up, 5 items they didnt even make it. And there wasnt anyone in the store. 3 people behind the counter Had to wait 10 min The entire store floor was sticky and dirty Food wasnt that great either

I went last night with my mom. The counter girls were very sweet. I’m very picky and Sophie was very patient with taking my complicated order. The food was delicious. I drove from Ronkonkoma to try something new. Totally worth it.

Nastiest food I've ever had. It was uneddible. Asked for steak loaded nachos, got chicken all the food looked old, chips were stale. So hot in there I was sweating. Girls working looked misserable. They lost my business. It was gross.

I really enjoyed the food here! I was torn between a few options and the staff recommended the loaded nachos. I am very glad she did. I put on so many toppings and was very happy with it because each bite was delicious. I also got jarritos in tamarind which is pretty rare in my opinion and very good. They also have various hot sauces that you can put in a small container for your choosing.

The food was horrible not mexican at all dont understand why they call it maracas. The rice was hard and the items in the window looked old and dry like its been sitting there all day. Way tooo expensive for that nasty food the lady added to much cilantro to my burrito hubby got the loaded nachos and she drenshed it in cheese sauce . would not recommend at all for that go to taco bell or chipotle
Called in told wait was 60 minutes… ? for Tacos!!! Arrived an hour later order wasn’t prepared. Waited a while longer and then they began my order which I had to correct. Meat was cold, not seasoned, and oily. Won’t be returning here.

Love Maracas. Have been ordering from them for years. Don't sleep on the shrimp tacos or the Oreo churros. I order delivery directly from them and it's alwayssss quick and cheaper than a delivery service. The owner is accommodating and an around nice person. 10/10 would recommend Maracas!
