All though my chicken nuggets were fresh my cookies weren’t. in fact they were hard and cold when I asked for fresh cookies they made me wait 5 minutes just to come out with microwaved hard cookies and they tasted really weird. 7-10 for the nuggets and 0-10 for those ridiculous cookies. and I think I’ve might’ve saw mold on one of the cookies.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for over 40 years. I haven’t been there for a while, but recently went to get my husband something to eat and feel the need to review. I have seen so many managers come and go, but this one was the worst. Her name is Norma she was awful. She was rude to both myself and the employees. Three i know of have been longtime no bab McDonald’s employees. These are good employees!!!!! . She was rude to them where I felt uncomfortable seeing this and im sure these employees were embarrassed as well. She was uninterested in anything but being unhelpful, confrontational and was not skilled for the position. she was creating a really bad work atmosphere and made me not want to be there to see it. I really think you should reconsider her in this position. It’s really bad morale for the rest who have been there a long time and the long time customers do not need to see this improper treatment to good workers shame you! You could do better!
