I went to pick up lunch and figured I would try a new spot. I was never greeted by any of the staff even though they all made eye contact with me. And they helped 3 people that walked in after me and greeted them. Doesn’t make any sense why I wasn’t helped at all, let alone greeted. I walked out and I will not get food from here if this is how the customer service is.

I should have written this a long time ago since I eat here so much over the last 18 years. It’s my go to for pizza in Suffolk especially for a plain slice and the Chicken Franchise slice. Their meatball parm hero is also good as well. They are very consistent which I appreciate and the owner is a very nice guy and always makes you feel welcomed even when its busy.
