I did a rapid pick up order for an apple Fuji salad, I indicated that I have an allergy to peanuts and tree nuts and I also customize the order with no red onions no pecans. Picked up my order at 11:15 am and went back to work. When I went to eat my salad at 12:30 I noticed that walnuts were on the salad. This is the second time this has happened to me at this same Panera Bread. The first time I figured it was a mistake, took it back at the end of the day and got my money back but for this to happen again is unacceptable. It was indicated twice on the app that I have a nut allergy and I did not want walnuts on it. It was also indicated on the receipt no onions and no pecans. So I don’t know how you miss THREE DIFFERENT TIMES that I’m allergic to tree nuts. I called corporate to complain and was given a $20 gift card.

everytime i order here for delivery or go at night to order my CREAM of wild rice soup it’s never that creamy thick consistency it’s watered down and starchy not enjoyable and cold won’t be ordering from here again after multiple attempts.

Super clean and AMAZING service!!! Called ahead to see if they had any bread bowls left and staff was kind enough to set aside the last one for us 🥹🙏 The french onion dip sandwich was so fire & satisfying (plz bring it back)!! Everything hit, would def come back

The girl at the window is super rude. Her name is Amaly. We were trying to order and speak to her because we barely come to Panera to order and she was just flat out rude. Won’t be back to this location

I havent had Panera Bread in a very long time so I figured I’d stop by for lunch. Although the prices have gone up like everywhere else, I enjoyed my Meal. Chai tea latte with a Bacon Turkey Bravo.
Service was quick, the food was tasty, the manager asked how everything was, and the place looked clean. The atmosphere was nice with medium to quiet music in the background. I would come back to this location again.
