Probably the worst Panera bread I've ever had The misfortune of visiting. I go to two large group soups for about a $54 total order and the way they were packed when I got out of the car apparently the soups leaked and the bag got wet and everything's spelled out on the floor. I immediately called the restaurant let them know what happened and they asked me to send them photographs of the incident. My car has a black interior and the soups did not show on the picture so I took it out of the car and put them on the ground in front of the car. The assistant manager who is working at the time called me a liar. I then called the toll free number for Panera bread .I was told that somebody from the restaurant's management team would be getting back to me with the resolution. That never happened. Today more than a week later I went to the restaurant spoke to the general manager who had me waiting 15 minutes to talk to her it was told that she had a research the problem. Curly ridiculous if there's another Panera bread close by go to them but definitely avoid this location. SMH

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it looked like garbage. See photo . Also trying to get milk a worker blocked my way standing playing with coffee the pour milk and then mixing it not moving for a bit.

Ordered a half sandwich and half Mac n cheese. Sandwich was good, Mac n cheese was cold. When I asked for it to be heated the counter person had zero clue what I was saying and said no. Great. My daughter’s sandwich was ice cold, again asked for it to be heated and was told no. My friends daughters order was cold and wrong. All the manager could say was “sorry about that”. Not even offering to make it herself.

I had soup and half a sandwich. Very good but this whole thing about not brewing light roast after 2 pm is a bummer. They did a half pot then refused to make more plus they took away all the milk. I simply don’t enjoy the other flavors like that one

As I was standing online in the Deer Park Panera Bread, a short Hispanic man was seen sprinkling coffee grounds in the coffee filter. As he was sprinkling the coffee grounds he began EATING the coffee GROUNDS out of the filter with his bare hands. THIS OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES! I went to the Hispanic young lady at the registered to describe his behavior. She proceeded to go to speak with him with her back turned to me. I then proceeded to inform the manager! She replied in a nonchalant manner, “thanks for letting me know.”BEWARE THIS IS UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY!!! I wondered if the rest of the coffee was CONTAMINATED WITH HIS SALIVA!!!

EDIT: I went back the next day as I was in the area and after telling the manager what happened, he was quick to offer a solution to my problem and made me a new steak sandwich which was very good. Shout out to him; it’s unfortunate that I didn’t get this service originally.Gave this Panera multiple tries but am let down every time. Even in an empty restaurant, they can’t seem to ever get my order right or make it well. Always sloppy and stingy with ingredients if they remember to put it on. Bread was inedible and cheese was crusted onto the paper instead of the sandwich. Definitely not coming back here, especially with how expensive the food is compared to the quality.

The service I receive all the time from Rosa at the Deer Park Panera is always professional and polite. She always makes sure I'm very satisfied and my order is correct.I wish Panera would use Rosa as their roll model when serving their customers.

It appears like they are cutting corners. I tried explaining to the manager why a tablespoon of tuna is not sufficient for a sandwich. Instead of fixing the issue, she just gave me my money back. Would never go here again. There is another Panera down the road in West Babylon that isn’t cutting corners. Much better service, much better management there. Lesson learned
