I love the pretzels here. They are fresh, soft, and hot. The pretzels here are the best pretzels I ever had!

Horrible store, 2+ hours until close, runs out of all pretzels and "we wont be making any more today" Great way to run a business. This location should be out of business soon

Had a 3:30 order pick up time for a 4pm bbq. It is now 4:15 and order still not ready. Extremely disorganized. Customers with 4pm times are walking out with their orders!!! All young people working with no adult manager to organize things. I left an tip when I placed my on line order. Never again. I would like that money back for sure. This is absolutely disgraceful and no way to run a business. If they don't get their act together and fast they may just be out of business!!!!

My coworkers and I have been working in the area for the last 2 weeks so we have been coming here daily. Each time I come into the store, no matter what time or day, I am always greeted by Alex who is always smiling. He is young and usually that age everyone's on their phone but not him. He is always doing something, I have never seen him slacking at all. He welcomes you, he is kind. treats you with respect and the food is always fresh! He is a great worker and def keeps us coming back!!!!

You have to try Philly Pretzels. There's handicap parking and Great food at great prices. The store is immaculate and the food choices are good. Juliana and Elgar are very polite and courteous. My order was delivered Carside within 10 minutes. And my order was perfect.

Horrible Horrible Horrible place . How does a pretzel store run out of pretzels ???? People’s orders were never filled and told will be a 20 minute wait and it took over 45 mins to get my order . Never again

Worst Philly pretzel out there. Credit card reader often doesn’t connect to the server. I ordered online once to avoid this issue, and they ignored the order and asked me to wait 40 min when I arrived for pickup.Big management problem

The service team especially the cashier was extremely unprofessional .... Pretzel, ordered unsalted, was also raw on the inside as usual and she tried to sell me "Stale Cinnamon bite-sized Pretzel"... had to request that a new batch was made after getting the disrespect from the cashier and asking to speak to the manager on the phone ...This store needs to do a lot better!!

Soft and fresh, but not tasty

I dont understand the low ratings. I've got pretzels here 3 times this week and everytime they've tasted fresh and fantastic!! It's a great snack and we love the dips. They are also so affordable! 5 pretzels for 5 dollars!!! Wooo! Def give it a chance and come try it

Fresh hot pretzels and the staff is so hard working and friendly. Kudos to these kids and young adults for taking their weekends and days off to be out there working.
