Philly Pretzel Factory

Ordered pretzels from the North Babylon store and had to wait over an hour because they never have enough people to work. Thank God the people that work there are so nice. They work hard and NEVER get a break. Who ever owns the place should get more help especially on holidays and give them a break its the law....

Recently placed an order for a few hundred pretzels for our school’s PTA event. The pretzels were warm and fresh at pickup and the staff was so wonderful. We will definitely be ordering again!

My first Philly pretzel factory experience and it was amazing! The pretzel rivets with the cinnamon butter dip was delicious. I highly recommend you stop by and try some!

These pretzels are awesome!!! I call ahead a time 5 lightly cooked lightly salted the way to go they'll know what you're talking about you've never eaten a better pretzel I promise

Horrible store, 2+ hours until close, runs out of all pretzels and "we wont be making any more today" Great way to run a business. This location should be out of business soon

Had a 3:30 order pick up time for a 4pm bbq. It is now 4:15 and order still not ready. Extremely disorganized. Customers with 4pm times are walking out with their orders!!! All young people working with no adult manager to organize things. I left an tip when I placed my on line order. Never again. I would like that money back for sure. This is absolutely disgraceful and no way to run a business. If they don't get their act together and fast they may just be out of business!!!!

My coworkers and I have been working in the area for the last 2 weeks so we have been coming here daily. Each time I come into the store, no matter what time or day, I am always greeted by Alex who is always smiling. He is young and usually that age everyone's on their phone but not him. He is always doing something, I have never seen him slacking at all. He welcomes you, he is kind. treats you with respect and the food is always fresh! He is a great worker and def keeps us coming back!!!!

You have to try Philly Pretzels. There's handicap parking and Great food at great prices. The store is immaculate and the food choices are good. Juliana and Elgar are very polite and courteous. My order was delivered Carside within 10 minutes. And my order was perfect.
