If I could give NO STARS I would - this was CRAZY - waited on the drive through line for 12 minutes without moving- with 2 cars in front of me on the line - this started at 8:15pm - finally called them to see if they were even open - they said they close at 9pm - arote so I went around to go inside - they took the order - and then fulfilled 3 drive through orders before mine WHICH WAS INSANE cause there wasn't even that many people on the line - there were 3 workers working - all laughing and joking around and there was an additional customer inside who came up after us and ordered something and received it - after waiting until 8:57pm I asked for our money back and left more than upset as we have spent almost AN HOUR at a Starbucks FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL. The staff clearly didn't want to be working and they definitely treated us as such - I just got in from new jersey and my sister just got in from Indiana so we were happy that a Starbucks was open - but left very upset about being treated so so so poorly - if people don't want to work then don't take the pm shift.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff seem completely uninterested, with an attitude that feels like “you’ll get your coffee when you get it.” It honestly comes across as if they don’t want to be there at all. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend this location. Been waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes now.

I had the best experience at the North Babylon Starbucks this evening! Samantha at the drive thru was so sweet, she really made our experience great! Will definitely be back at this location! 10/10

This is an amazing Starbucks. The staff is professional and they take the time to get to know the customers and their names. They are always very cheerful. The manager, Luis, has created not only a well run store but one that cultivates a positive experience. I look forward to going to my Cappuccino and having a staff that treats customers so well.

Under the impression ownership genuinely doesn't care about the performance at this location. Very consistent complaints on wait times, and yet instead of fixing a staffing/who's staffed issue, they have seemingly done nothing. This is still easily the slowest location I've ever been to. Again this is a persistent issue and ownership seems to be choosing the "use the same copy/pasted response instead of actually fixing any issues" tactic. Management should be changed. Ordered ahead & all that.

I ordered a blonde espresso latte with oatmilk and it was made incorrectly and when it was remade it was made with whole milk
Why pay extra for oatmilk and not get it?
