Under the impression ownership genuinely doesn't care about the performance at this location. Very consistent complaints on wait times, and yet instead of fixing a staffing/who's staffed issue, they have seemingly done nothing. This is still easily the slowest location I've ever been to. Again this is a persistent issue and ownership seems to be choosing the "use the same copy/pasted response instead of actually fixing any issues" tactic. Management should be changed. Ordered ahead & all that.

Why pay extra for oatmilk and not get it?

God Forbid you come inside to order, because they will look at you while doing everything else underneath the sun. I decided to do a mobile order right than & there & they still weren’t even up to par on it. The worst service, there is about 8 of you and not one person greets you or takes your order? Sorry that you have to cut your conversations short!

This place is so slowww. There is atleast 5 people working on drinks & it still is slow. Everytime I come here my order is never on time. They will have you wait in the cold just to tell you a extra 10 minutes.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Pulled up to the speaker and nobody spoke for 5 minutes. Then I was told they're not accepting payment on the reward app, which was the whole reason I wanted to go, for the extra stars promotion. Then they couldn't get my order right. I think they do their best but Lord. You would think when you're buying a $7 cup of coffee it'd be a little bit better of an experience..

My husband went to the Starbucks in North Babylon, NY today and was rudely mocked at the drive-thru. He simply wanted a breakfast sandwich and when he was told it was out of stock, the barista at the drive-thru said "oh noooo oh noooo it's out of stock" in a mocking tone. This is 100% unacceptable. When confronted, the drive-thru barista refused to admit it was him and apologize. Disappointing service to say the least.

This past Sunday 11/17/24, we arrived to the front door, it was 810am and the location was closed. No sudden closed signs posted and the hours listed on the door did not show closed Sundays. Google maps showed it to be open and so now I can’t trust this location to be opened again.
