This store has gone downhill in recent months. Last time I was there an older lady worked there got annoyed I entered as she said she was closing for a half hour to run some errands. I asked for a sandwich and she just took all the meats and started throwing it on the bread, like she wanted to just empty the trays out. Then she said I don't care this store is closing anyway . Place was dirty and there was a radio playing hair metal behind the counter.

There is an old lady that shouldn't be dealing with customers. I told her I wanted a meatball sub. She said she had to warm the meatballs which is usually warm already I told her I wanted the meatball toasted with cheese. That's when she got an attitude I guess it was to much for her to do. I told her she has a nasty attitude and dumped the bread in the garbage I will never ever go back there again. I hope they close down unprofessional witch.

One of the women that work here is very rude. I was eating my sandwich in my car and I found a hair in it. I went back and quietly told her about it because she had people in there I knew it was her hair because she had white hair and the hair in the sandwich was white. When I told her she snatched it out of my hand and threw it in the garbage and then try to go back in the garbage to look for it for me to show her the hair I asked for a refund and she didn’t wanna give me a refund she decided to only give me half and was arguing and yelling at me

Subway has gotten much better over the years. I used to not eat here but this location is on point and always makes a great sandwich. I love the tuna no matter what the dna tests say lol

I ordered a veggie delight. There were not many vegetables to choose from. The server making the sandwich seemed to be in a rush with only one other customer behind me. Very disappointed.

The older blonde woman who works at night a few lessons in customer service. Every time I've been there, I ask for my sandwich to be double toasted, and she either has an attitude about it or straight up ignores my request. I'm so sorry you have to leave the damn thing in the over and stand there for another 60 seconds. Didn't realize it was such an inconvenience. When I went there last I asked for oregano on my sandwich and she barley put any on, when I asked for more she slammed her fists on the counter (I was the only customer in the store). Maybe if you're tired of taking care of customers in a subway you should've picked a job with a pension lady. Never coming back.

I've been a regular at this location for many years as I live a few blocks away. The older blonde woman who works there needs an attitude adjustment she is rude!!!!!! I never had a problem with her when I first started seeing her working there but lately she has changed. I understand working with people especially if they're hungry can be a task but damn... no need to be a smart a** when I ask for a certain cookie in the display even though " they're all the same". Or if I ask for EXTRA lettuce instead of taking another handful she just spreads whatever's on the sandwich around. She's a real b*tch!!!!! And that's just only a couple stories. The hell with this place I'll head to Bay Shore Rd or the one up the block from Tanger.

Friendly service. Everything that was ordered was correct and prepared to satisfaction. The only negatives are the location. This Subway is located in a strip mall and parking is scarce. The Traffic is terrible at lunchtime. Stay in and have it delivered. Let someone else deal with the nightmare traffic

Had a delivery from this Subway. I received a completely wrong foot long. We then drove that to exchange it fro what I had ordered. The store totally refused to exchange it. Also the Subway app has a major problem. When you click to process and pay you get a error nomatter what you do.
