Bought Zeppoli And Sfinge for St Joseph’s Day. The zeppoli did not have custard inside and the sfinge did not have the creamy ricotta filling. They were exrodinarily expensive and as far as I could tell…the oil used for the shells had been overused…oh, yes back to the filling…it was indistinguishable white creamy something…sorry people my family will not be going back!!

Stopped here to get a St. Joseph pastry and ask the young lady behind the counter to give me two pignoli cookies. Unfortunately by the time I got home the pignoli cookies were in 100 pieces don’t know why they gave me such scary looking cookies I did not ask for anything for free the other quality of the pastries that I purchased were fantastic, especially the St. Joseph’s Day cannoli cream filled pastry so far is my favorite But the pignoli cookies were disappointing when I got home to give to my mom and they were all broken apart. I’m sure the owners don’t want people to leave negative feedback, or for the quality of the products that are to be enjoyed or to always be top-notch I’ll be back in the future they’ll take a little more pride in what they’re selling

My family has used this bakery for years, over the years there has been MANY mistakes made. Big mistakes like putting a cross on a birthday cake that was not supposed to be religious, numerous times the cake filling was incorrect, one time I ordered a cake for my parents 30th anniversary party arrived at the exact time the paper had told me and was discussed the place was closed. I had no cake for 20 people and my special surprise was ruined. But yet we continued to frequent this bakery and be loyal customers, not anymore after today I purchased a cannoli cake with writing “happy birthday dad” I left the bakery and drove miles all the way out east just to find the young girls behind the counter switched my cake with another customer in the store therefore I now had a cake that read “merry Christmas” that was not the type of cake the birthday person requested or anything any of the guests liked. Very disappointed in this place after years of being loyal they’ve proven themselves incompetent over and over again. The young girls they hire behind the counter are careless.

The place was very clean! Very welcoming environment! The customer service was amazing! Diane helped me out! She was super nice and helpful. My brother in law had gotten a desert and i couldn't remember and she was able to figure it out! Definitely recommend this place! 10/10

I recently ordered a strawberry shortcake for my mom's birthday. When I went to pick it up, it didn't have strawberries on top the way it normally does. When I asked about this, I was told that this is now an extra charge.An 8" round cake was $35, and the charge for the strawberries on top would push it to almost $40. I was really disappointed to discover an extra charge like this, as you'd think a strawberry shortcake would have strawberries on top :) The staff member was apologetic that this hadn't been mentioned before, as I've been getting this cake here for years (it's my mom's favorite) and when I ordered this option/new charge wasn't discussed. She offered to put them on for the additional charge, but there really wasn't room for them on the cake. I was really surprised, as I had tried to go to this bakery a few months ago to order a cake for my baby shower and was told that they no longer offer any type of customized cake decorating beyond icing flowers. I ended up having to go somewhere else. They also didn't offer the size I was looking for, and the prices were pretty expensive. I'm happy to spend more money for quality, but to have increasingly limited choices while making customers pay more and more just makes me feel like I might need to start looking for a new local bakery.UPDATE: Taste of the cake itself wasn't that great There really weren't a lot of strawberries in the middle and they tasted kind of tart.

I order a cake to be picked up on Father's Day at 12pm. The normal hours of the bakery are Listed 8-5 on Sunday. I forgot to pick It up at 12. I called at 2:58 to ask about the cake and was told that they just locked the doors. I said someone should have called me. My cake was there paid in full and I was late. I asked if they could wait for me to pick it up. Some nasty lady got on the phone and said we all have lives, we all have fathers, and we all want to spend time with them and hung up on me. I have been going here over 20 years. I have never had an issue. But to be so rude to a customer when you should have called was just nasty. I guess I shouldn't have paid in full. Maybe I would have got a phone call so they could collect the rest of the money. I am so disappointed. I will never go back there again and I am disputing the charge for the cake I didn't get!UPDATE: I spoke with the owner who was very apologetic. Unfortunately, he had an employee that doesn't share the same customer values as him. I am glad to say that he made it right and I don't have to go to another bakery. I am so happy. So they are back up to 5 stars in my book! Thank you.

Such a great bakery to have in the neighborhood. The mini pastry are delicious and always a hit at every party I bring them too. The butter cookies with the jelly are so good once you eat one you immediately need to eat another!

Excellent Italian bakery. We no longer live in North Bab but don't mind the drive for the amazing treats. Everything is always fresh and delicious. They make amazing lobster tails, cakes, pastries, cookies. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
