It’s the second time I’ve had to call the manager because the food they served was cold. It’s incredibly disappointing that they can’t even put in the effort to serve fresh fast food. A few weeks ago, I ordered chili, and it was cold. Now, the Baconator I received is the same—cold cheese, cold bacon, and overall just poor quality. Speaking with the manager only resulted in an offer for free food, but that’s not the point. It’s not about getting something free; it’s about addressing and fixing a recurring issue that shouldn’t be happening in the first place.

I had the new breakfast Burrito and it was very good, it's probably the best breakfast sandwich of all the fast food restaurants....the drive thru was quick and very friendly.... definitely going back.

If I could give zero stars I would, always missing food from the order. I use the drive though because it's a lot to hike in two small kids but yet everytime I need to unload my kids and go in for the correction. For instance alone today I had to go in because they did not take my coupon off what I paid after handing the women the coupon for a kid meal I get home to find there are no frosty for my child and drink missing sauce that they asked if I wanted was not supplied either. What a waste of time and energy going there the staff is completely incompetent and I've tried this location multiple times does not matter who is working. Will be sticking to McDonalds done giving this Wendy's a chance.

Every time I come here (5 times) I've had to go inside after using drive through,or drive back to complete my order. My wife had to make eggs for the breakfast sandwich that were made without the egg. Long lines and wait times. 3.6 stars... will have to drive 20min to Farmingdale, huntington or commack from now on.

Staff is lazy and incompetent. Couldn’t understand I was trying to figure out how to work the app instead of helping me they turned their back towards the window so they wouldn’t see me waving at them for help. So I was overcharged $3. Will never come back to this Wendy’s.

Very slow service, they got the order wrong , I asked not to put bacon on my sandwich and they still gave me bacon , when I asked them to change the order they refuse even after explaining to them that for religious purposes , i advice you not to go there

I’ve been coming more frequently since the nearby McDonald’s started undergoing renovations. The best things on the menu are the spicy nuggets chocolate Frosty & French toast sticks. The prices are higher than the competitors. But the Biggie Bags make things are more budget friendly.
