Wendys claims to give senior citizens discount but when you ask the manager he states they don't give seniors anything. When I showed him where it says they give 10% discount he said oh well we don't do it. So rude
Tonight we drove up to a store with all exterior lights off at 8:30 on a Sunday looked closed.Soda machines in lobby were DISGUSTING!!Women taking our order got nearly everything wrong. We got home and realized even the burgers were all wrong.This store is lacking management. It was a an experience that has turned me off from the Wendy’s brand.
