Yesterday I had done a mobile order and ordered it around 6:35 in the morning. I showed up at 6:50 and nothing was made. I gave it 10 more minutes and nothing once again. It was 3 drinks.They only focused on the drive through and even people who came in without ordering ahead got their food/drinks. I understand that it is busy in the mornings especially on a Friday but this was the worst experience I’ve had from this place. Of course I was not able to get the drink and now i am having a hard time getting a refund. This continues to happen almost every single time and it’s starting to get very annoying.

By far the absolute slowest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to service wise. I only stop here when I'm desperate I'd rather drive out of the way to go to a different one because the service is always better/ more prompt even if it's a busier location!

Awful coffee. First of all, it takes longer than any other dunkin store. I also work as a barista, so i know when coffee tastes good or bad. This is DEFINITELY bad. The service is also extremely slow. Compared to other options, i would never pick this.

The worst drinks ever. They make it so watered down, and it has a soapy aftertaste. I think they’re trying to poison me, after i’ve had many people try it and say it tastes off. Not only this, it’s a repeated offense, and takes forever.

I ordered ahead for pickup inside, when I arrived the lobby was closed and I had to go through the drive though. They made my drink wrong and when I had to ask for a doughnut I ordered the employee seemed annoyed.

I don’t know what they have going on in there but I paid extra to have cream cheese on two bagels and both of them came with barely any cream cheese. Plus the drinks were extremely watered down and had no ice in them, they tasted like water. $15 dollars for disgusting food and terrible drinks. They need to get it together in there, it’s horrible.

They treat customers and employees poorly, the new manager Ashanti treats employees like children, the food service is terrible and they don’t even mix their coffee, absolutely nothing in the store is done correctly they have a new manager every few months and it’s honestly embarrassing, the store can’t even clean behind the the counters properly, majority of the new staff needs to be fired and their new opener or who ever is their in the morning needs to fired for his attitude and not serving food at times in the morning so be carful going in the morning, Ashanti as a store manager does nothing to combat the amount of disrespect or poor store management. PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN ASAP!

40 min for dunking refresher .It’s every time here ,staff running around complaining they are short staff almost every time . I refuse to come but my kids always want Dunkin . Most of the time they are late for school because of your poor slow customer service and management. , So dear owner please hire more staff or close this place. It’s not fair to the customers or employees.

Horrible!! Waited in line for 28 minutes for 3 things! Coffee,English muffin breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. I paid and THEN they told me they were out of straws, English muffins, and they were so sassy about it. Never go here!

Place should be shutdown worst employees and manager... I was going there everyday 2 times a day and they have new help who are rude and have their friends in there and nobody works and don't know how to count change. It was never ever this bad. I won't go there anymore neither are my friends and family. I reported them and they did nothing. Need to be shutdown..
