Amazing food! Fair price. Great staff! We often place larger orders (8-10 meals with drinks) for our team at work for lunch and they always are eager to help, their service is always amazing and our orders are always made in a timely manner and they don’t usually make any errors either when we request simply customizations like (no mayo or add bacon etc) like many quick eat venues do. Great breakfast or lunch spot! We love Jitters Rochester!

Good food. The self-order iPad thing is a little confusing. Didn't interact with the employees really at all. I probably wouldn't go if I was looking for a quick bite, the wait time wasn't the greatest. Good spot, though. Nice place to go with friends.

I have done dine in and take out here I find dine in is more reliable. There have been times that I order things only to get the wrong thing once I get back and go to eat the food from takeout. I absolutely love the chicken salad with the cranberry mayo on it and the chai!
