OMG, this is the best pizza ever! 151 is the only place I frequent because it is fresh, delicious, and has great service. Pizza 151 has the best sweet sauce and a wide variety on their menu. The fried dough is amazing too!

Online account will not work, so have to call to use my points and always get a additude about it, tonight I called to put a order in and always pay $50+ every time and the rudeness you get is so ridiculous over a year the place has just been different, I've been ordering with them like 5 years now and they have just been completely rude especially on the phone when ordering. Definitely going to start looking for a new pizza place to go to
I have sworn by this place since i found them but i just had the most dissapointing customer service from a pizzeria ever. I placed an order at 4:30 and at 6 oclock my food had not arrived. This place is never late. I called and apprently my order wasnt in the system. They asked me if i called the wrong location but i literally redialed the number from my recent calls ?♂️ Then after waiting 90 minutes for my food the manager or whoever i talked to told me i could reorder the food at full price. The order wasnt in the system so theres nothing he can do. I literally told him what i ordered and the price of it. When we finished putting the order in again he said the price and i made the comment "wow the same amount i said earlier"... imagine that ?♂️?♂️I have managed a pizzeria for multiple years in the past and never would i have offered nothing to the customer in that situation. That is the shottiest form of customer service I've ever seen. They offered me zero anything in return for literally something that was the fault of the person who took the order, or managment. I have never been treated worse from a resturant who clearly were the ones in the wrong. To wait 2.5-3 hours for food is literally idiotic. Do better. Sad just sad?♂️

Ok this is my new favorite pizza spot!! Prices are reasonable and their pizza is AMAZING. Wings are delicious and crispy too. 10/10 recommend this place for pizza

I came across a coupon on Facebook, forr a FREE one topping pizza, , I was thinking there has too be more to this, besides the coupon expired a couple days ago. So I called it in and they said if I showed the post they would honor it , wow this a rare thing to do such a nice thing for the customers, the pizza it's self was actually really good, it was well done like I asked and the dough was light , chees3 and sauce was good as well. Only thing for me personally was I didn't like the strong garlic taste, maybe it was brushed in the crust or something, I'll just see if I can get it without it next time,.
One of your drivers, ran me off the road- and nearly caused a big wreck, trying to pass, on the right shoulder of Buffalo road, doing 60-70 mph. About 7:30 pm Saturday 7/6/24. Driving a grey car, with a 151 sign on top. I have the plate#. Is he fired- or do I have to contact the MC sherriff dept, with my dashcam footage?
Edited: Dashcam footage has been giving to MCSO and my attorney. Pressing charges.

I come here often to get a slice of pizza and sometimes wings, I have not a single complaint since it’s opened. When I come in the pizza is fresh and all of the staff are happy to take my order and even know what style I like my slice.

I’m never ordering from here again. What an absolute joke. Ordered half cup and char, and half white pizza, and two dozen wings. The whole order was wrong. We received a full pepperoni which obviously was wrong , and both wings were wrong. The box had our label on it but the pizza didn’t match.Then their employee Jake tried blaming it on the driver. Jake said he would credit the accounts l as long as we called from the same number. We literally just called and their general manager Steve said there was no credit on the account. He said he would credit the pizza but not the wings that they also screwed up. I’m also pissed because I was giving them business for having us epoxy their wooden tables for their Batavia location. Plenty of other options besides pizza 151. Take your chance with them if you want but customer service is absolutely atrocious.

I don't live around here but I come often to visit my mother, and today she decided to order chicken fingers and a medium pizza. Awesome. I'm starving! The food arrived in good time, the delivery person was very nice and it smelled great! I open the first box of fingers and when I tell you I about DIED when I saw these chicken fingers I am NOT exaggerating. They're the size of a chicken wing. I have never seen anything like that in my life! A medium pizza, double order of fingers and small fry was $62. That's pretty normal except that the fingers are so ridiculously small that all 5 would equal ONE from any of the pizza places near where I live which is outside of Buffalo. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves for not only selling those midget fingers AT ALL, but for charging what you do for them. Get it together people. What a waste of money. I could find one of those at the bottom of a Cracker Jack box. Not even any celery either!

Hands down one of my favorite pizza places ever! The staff at the Buffalo Road location is never anything less than amazing everytime I order from here! Their food is delicious always! But my favorites are the garlic knots and their sweet sauce pizza!
