We got a sheet, wings and sodas. All were amazing. But I am a sucker for chicken wing pizza. They had slices in the case so I got one. It was by far one of the best slices I have ever had. Now the customer service was amazing. He helped me carry everything to the car. They made sure I knew fresh slices were coming out, made sure I had plates, napkins and cups. I mentioned we were picnicing and he just grabbed them for me. 10 out of 10. Well return every time I am in town

This is a hard review to write because I’ve advocated and supported pizza 151 in north chili from literally day 1. We order very frequently, but today’s experience is just so frustrating. I ordered a chicken wing pizza and when I picked it up it had a huge bubble in the pizza. This has happened multiple times before and I hadn’t said anything, but since I was picking up in person and saw a different pizza come out of the oven with 3 huge bubbles I asked about it. The young man I worked with said they try to catch them before they come out but there’s nothing can do about it. I told him that we are frequent customers and order a lot and this has happened numerous times and asked if there was anything he could do about it and he said no. I think after today, we might be finding a new pizza place because I can’t keep paying this much money for a pizza that is partially inedible. So disappointed, I was rooting for you Pizza151. 😞

I decided to order from here for the first time very bad experience i ordered food and took one bite i did not like it so i called and asked if it was possible to get something else or a refund they said they couldn’t do neither i told them i didn’t even eat it they said no still very unprofessional of you ask me.

I’ve been going to the N.Chili store for awhile. I have usually gotten good service and good pizza until yesterday. I bought an order of Buffalo wings hot, a cup and char pizza and a supreme pizza. It all sucked. They had some high school aged kids in there working yesterday in yellow shirts as opposed to the black shirts the rest were wearing. They were working hard but were overwhelmed. The food I got was horrible in comparison to what I normally get. The pizzas were dried out and tasteless. The wings were the same and the sauce wasn’t even Buffalo mild. I don’t know what happened but I don’t know if I’ll be going back anytime soon. Very disappointed. As far as the service goes it was overall ok but would to comment that two kids that were too busy flirting with one another and screwing around then doing their jobs.

I stop in for a slice at lunch on occasion, every time the pizza is fresh from the oven, crispy, pillowy, and the cheese and toppings are top quality. I love their pizza and have never been disappointed by the food. I gave a 3 for atmosphere because it’s a very tiny lobby and the rest of the area is devoted to the kitchen and ovens, not a place to sit and admire the decor, I prefer to take my slice to Black Creek Park to enjoy.
