The north chili Tim Hortons is a shame I went there at 5:20pm on 12/04/2025 the guy taking the orders needs to be fired first all we asked if he had doughnuts and he goes idk idk what we have we asked him if he had muffins he goes no in a rude voice and then when we got to the window starts yelling and dropping fbombs infront of customers. Completely unprofessional.

This was an enjoyable trip. The staff was extremely polite and had smiles on their faces. This made feel special. You don’t always get this happy atmosphere when getting a cup of coffee and a donut. Highly recommend visiting.

I ordered the new everything croissant scrambled egg sandwich and got a flat egg instead of the scrambled eggs which is kinda it’s whole purpose. Then the farmers wrap I ordered had egg shells in it that I almost ate. I mean they seemed busy, but that’s not excuse seen as McDonald’s gets 10x the traffic and has a better track record.

Tim Hortons in North Chili caters to the drive up and never customers that walk in. Stood there for 10 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged by staff. Flies all inside the glass case with the donuts. Walked out and went to the Spencerport Tim Hortons which is what I should have done in the first place. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.
