I live nearby and have frequented this place for several years, but it has been a joke the last few months. The service sucks. Wait times of 10 mins or more just to order. A couple times I have just left because I got tired of waiting. They are frequently out of food items as well. It isn't because they are understaffed either. Several times they have had multiple people standing around doing nothing while everyone waited.

"I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a great experience. The coffee was fresh, rich in flavor, and just the right temperature. I tried the classic donut, which was soft and delicious, and paired perfectly with the coffee. The staff was friendly and quick, even during busy hours. The environment was cozy, with a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to sit down and enjoy a break. I would definitely recommend Tim Hortons to anyone looking for a good coffee and snack!"

The women named trinity who took our order was extremely rude and had terrible customer service. She looked and acted like she didn’t want to be there at all. It was very unimpressive establishment.

Ordered 2 breakfast wraps through the drive thru got them with no eggs on them. Person that made them had no idea how to roll them and they were a mess when I took them out of the box.Went back through the drive thru and explained to a very nice black women that the wraps were a mess and were missing eggs. She told me to pull around and she would bring me new ones. As I pulled forward a white woman with tattoos all over her face leaned out the drive thru window and yelled, “So sorry we made a mistake” I then went into the store to get my food and the same lady yelling out the window brought me my food and stated, “If you don’t like it go to another Tim Hortons” my order there every morning is $14 which comes out to $280 month. I now drive an extra five miles to get my breakfast elsewhere. The most unprofessional employee I’ve ever encountered!

Come here quite often and usually go in the store as opposed to drive through, and always end up standing around with a bunch of other disgruntled people who are waiting over 10 minutes for a coffee and a donut. Also, double check you have your order before leaving, they almost always screw up even the most simple order.
