My favorite Starbucks, all of the employees are so sweet, they always remember my name and my pup cup for my dog ❤️ and they make the best drinks!

I understand as much as the next person the trials and tribulations you face working in fast food however it’s unacceptable to go to an establishment an hour before closing and be told they are close when in fact they should be open I come here all the time and am very disappointed

Whoever works tuesday’s needs to fired. I ordered a VENTI coffee, VENTI. and i’m getting a half full cup of coffee. the size of a grande. And by the way, it comes out like this EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. i order it. You must have something wrong with brain to make a drink that looks like this and think it’s perfectly fine. Starbucks, fine new baristas please, bc i’m getting ripped off,and i’m not having it anymore.
So today I got Starbucks a normal drink a strawberry açaí with boba pearls and the server laughed at me once I got my order the drink was full with ice more ice then the actual drink. I don’t know why but you guys should put less ice and put more drink in the cups.

Live my summer drink
I asked for a small splash of cream. This is a lot lol I couldn’t taste ANY caramel but thankfully the cold brew kicked in. Probably will stick to uncommon grounds. They don’t have variety for syrups but the cold brew is better and they don’t fill the cup 1/2way with cream!

Good news! Uncommon Grounds just opened right across the street in the Home Depot plaza. No need to visit this filthy Starbucks. Nothing like a coffee station with no napkins amd covered in spilled coffee while the staff scream at each other behind the counter.

I did a mobile order for drive through and when I got to the drive through they told me they were out of the drink I had already ordered and paid for, asked me if I would like another different drink so I did and the drink was less expensive than the one I had already paid for so I asked the woman if the money would just go back onto my card on the app and at first she told me my drink I ordered prior to the new one she gave me was less expensive so I was undercharged for the new drink and clearly I can see it on the app how much it is. So I showed her then she tells me that the drinks are the same exact price again not true but she proceeded to argue with me over it. So no refund was given and the customer service was not acceptable at all. I have never wrote a review until today and I love starbucks, get it every day after class but I will never go to that starbucks again.

You know there's a system problem when I repeatedly order a black coffee and my food comes out way before my coffee. Happens every time. 🤬
Made the wrong choice of stopping at this Starbucks. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru line, watched the lady taking window orders come out of the building yelling at a car. Then proceeded to wait longer, when I finally got to order instead of being greeted professionally like the workers for Starbucks usually do. The girl said “talk to me what can I get you”. I asked for cake pops for my kids she rudely said nope don’t have. Then I asked for my drink and before I could even finish asking for it she cut me off rudely again saying “no. We don’t have that”. Then blamed the people right before me for getting the rest of it..I’ve never had such a horrible experience.

Chelsie Ann Went above and beyond for me today. she is such a sweet person to have at your drive-through window. Her voice sounds like she belongs as an air flight attendant. She was calm so very polite and very accommodating. I requested extra cold foam, and she had put it in a Venti cup for me, which is the nicest gesture I’ve ever had done for me at a Starbucks! Usually, I will get less coffee and more cold foam, but this time it was exactly what I had hoped for with the right amount of coffee and the right amount of cold foam! she made my day after an appointment and I could never have asked for better customer service at your establishment. I would drive out of my way to go to the Starbucks any day compared to the ones that are around me locally thank you to this wonderful woman who deserves recognition and success. ❤️ I think the best thing about it too was that she wasn’t just this way with me, but she was that sweet and nice with the person before me and after me too kindness goes so far!
