I decided to try this for the first time and what a disappointment. My family and I thought these were the worst tacos we’ve ever had. The fish taco is the worst. It’s a horrible piece of frozen cod which is fried and overcooked. I called to complain to manager once we tried the food. I was told that he could remake the 3 fish tacos I ordered and fry it for less time or I could get 15% off my next order. I didn’t want the percent off cause we are never ordering again. I would have ratherd a different meat taco but I was told no that I could only get the same fish tacos. So I decided to have the tacos remade hoping they would by better cooked and edible. Of course they weren’t. Do not waste your time and money.

I’m a regular costumer here. One thing I’ll say is don’t eat here in the summer because everything smells expired I guess because they don’t have ac,but I just got food here and the salad just smells expired definitely food poisoning if I woulda ate if. They’ve probably lost me a costumer for good. Cheap mfs

Terrible customer service. The server is nasty as anything, rude and combative. They are very overpriced and food quality is subpar. I will never go to this place again. It takes a lot for me to have a negative experience with a restaurant as I am a major foodie but this place is a disgrace.
Food was less than "fair". Worst service, tried to order several lunches. Thankfully I decided to order 2 test lunches before I ordered (20) for my group. Chicken burrito, terrible. Sparse pieces of dried up chicken cubes. A sprinkle of cheese, a splat of sour cream. I asked for guacamole and he showed me a tiny, plastic souffle cup. Maybe 2 tsps. Only $3 extra!!! The second item we ordered was a veggie quesadilla. Again a sprinkle of [swiss?] cheese, barely a few tsps of veggies. Horrible, terrible meal for $11. Very difficult to order on phone b/c of language barrier [not Hispanic]. Originally i wanted to place order by phone for my 20 lunches and I wanted to speak to Mgr. I was told that he was on vaca and nobody knew when he would return. I couldn't place the order on the phone with the oriental gentleman b/c he didn't understand. That's why I went in to try two test lunches. Thank God I did. They were terrible. If u venture in there I hippie u have better luck. Going back to Green Cactus for sure!!!

Ordered via uber eats. They sent me tacos with no sauce and added things to my taco i did not order. I called for sauce and was told he couldn't send someone for just sauce. Im very close to your location and willing to pay for sauce and wait until the driver does have to go out. I would've picked it up but am working. He then insisted that it wasn't on my receipt. My receipt clearly shows customer notes requested. It clearly shows what i wanted in my tacos.He was careless. Since i had to eat them without sauce i realized the shrimp is no good and they have corn tortillas in their photos but i got a flour one. Not authentic, not good and workers don't care.
