We used Francescos for our daughters 1st birthday cake recently and the cake was truly stunning! The owner sat with us to go through a tasting and plan ideas of what we wanted. When the cake was delivered, I was so happy with the work that went into it! It looked so gorgeous! We recieved complements all day on how good it was too!
After a wedding cake mishap, Frank personally called me to rectify the situation with a genuine apology and a credit towards my cake. He also offered to provide me a cake for my housewarming party free of charge. While I was upset that I did not get the wedding cake of my dreams, I'm happy that he gave me the time to express my feelings and to make me feel better. I do wish him and Francesco's the best of luck.
Was there Friday afternoon and Francesco gave me a personal tour of his phenomenal establishment including his new and wonderful espresso coffee and smoothie bar. They also have a huge variety of freshly made sandwiches. He made a fantastic banana and strawberry drink which was amazing. He brought in samples to his next door neighbor at the fabulous Rabbit’s Foot Bar and Grille.
