Place used to be great 2-3 years ago. For the last about 8 times I have ordered from here they have either Messed up my order, forgot to make the order, missed items, or something is super soggy, or over cooked. Definitely will not be coming back until the service gets fixed witch I doubt it will considering it had been terrible for a while now. Do not recommend coming here at all.

I ordered from here on doordash. Waited over an hour. No food. This restaurant called me and told me that no one has come and no one is waiting for the food like doordash said. They took the time to reach out to inform me that my food was waiting. Not only did they do that, but remade the food because we said we would come to get it personally. The food here is always amazing. The open steak sandwich is top tier. The burgers are juicy and tasty. And the salmon is delicious. Amazing food mixed with phenomenal etiquette. You can't beat it. Do not sleep on this place.

I went to GTO tonight and was told at 8:20 p.m. they are no longer taking orders because they are breaking down equipment to clean up and finishing their current orders. The establishment is supposed to be open till 9:00 p.m. and I did mention to the woman in charge that I had been calling since 8:11 and no one was answering. She started to get angry with me and accused me of yelling at her. At no time did I ever raise my voice nor would I to any employee because it's disrespectful. When an establishment posts that it's closing time is 9:00 p.m., I expect to be able to walk in at 8:20 and be able to place a to go order. I was told that I can only have gyro or premade salad because they need to clean. I've been coming to this place over 10 years since I lived in massapequa. Really really disappointed.2016 - No lie. Great Take Out! Fresh grilled wraps salads potato salad and veggies. Stake,chicken and fish. All grilled right in front of you. Healthy!

Prices aren't up to date, miserable guy that's always there was rude to me for no reason. Took 30 minutes for 1 lunch sandwich and prices have gone up. There is always a wait and service has been lacking.

Ever since Todd left, this place is done. The owner has no idea how ro run a food business, closing at weird times throughout the day, opening at different times, horrible phone service.....sad to say a place this good is done... someone hire Luis the cook asap, he's the best around and deserves better. If you own a restaurant or Busy food spot, Luis would be the guy to take now from this failing spot. Over 20 years here.....it's over.

The quality of the chicken is excellent the steak also very good, the sides however need major improvement, if this place had killer sides it would be a gold mine because everything else is good.
