Every time I got to NY for the summer we get it at least 5 times I have been eating there ices since I was a kid and I have nothing but wonderful things to say their staff is amazing they may be a line but it's totally worth the waiting
Never a complaint! Always nice girls working the counter, sometimes a small table and chair on the side if you can grab it or if they have it out. Decent parking and always busy! It's busy almost always a wait or at least a consistent flow of customers. Great options on the menu at reasonable prices. I'll stick with my favorites and usually don't finish so I'd rather a cup or bowl and that's alright with me!

Horrible service , teenage girl ( the only red head there )openly tried to flirt with my boyfriend after we were being served by another person . Didn’t even take our original order and proceeded to ignore me when I was at the window. Didn’t seemed fazed by him ignoring her and walking away either , she then proceeded to watch him walk to parking lot and then smirked and made jokes with another girl about it. Very unprofessional and embarrassing for her. No one wants to be harassed when buying a product…
