If I could this place zero stars I would.. I was put on hold for over a half hour, just to order a sandwich. if you know you’re going to be busy during the lunch hour, then hire more people to answer the phones. I kept calling and the same girl kept putting me on hold for 7 minutes each time. Absolutely ridiculous .. You lost my business.

Sandwiches tastes great. Portion is big and they stuff plenty. The deli heroes scene is pretty competitive though, so there are honestly other delis I would go to

Extremely overpriced, $15 for a Turkey BLT Wrap? And it tasted very bland. That parking lot is also a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommendAnd instead of the owner figuring out how to please future clients he’s too busy counting my google reviews. Majority of delis on Long Island use boars head turkey, and their wraps are not as expensive; I don’t know what your point was there. I was served a wrap that also 90% turkey; plus the wrap itself was the size of my hand.

I cant understand how my debit card gets charged with a NON CASH FEE !! Maybe put a huge sign on the door to warn customers. Nobody likes hidden fees especially when they are illegally charged...
