Chicken and waffles are excellent and maple bourbon covered. Crepes not so much since the fruit is canned pie filling. The waitress didn't tell us until after we got it that they don't use fresh fruit. It was fine but overly sugary since it has all the syrup drowning out the fruit. Parking is limited more now with no street parking allowed, but they say they're looking into buying more land to make a lot.
We brought a large group of kids and adults to Country Cottage and had a great experience! From the delicious food to the outstanding service and friendly atmosphere, everyone was impressed and can’t wait to go back.
Just ate here for the first time. Truly a hidden gem. The comfort food was delicious. I got a Turkey dinner that was on special tonight and it was so good! I'm glad I got it, since I work on Thanksgiving and really wanted that type of food. My husband's meatloaf was really good too! Gravy's were not too salty but not to bland. Lisa was our sever, it was her first night, but I never would have known unless she had told us. All in all we can't wait to come back!
