The old man (owners uncle) patrolling the parking lot is a nice touch. Was following women and taking videos / pictures of them ! ? As a PAYING CUSTOMER, we were harassed by him as well. A man lurking in the parking lot all night harassing CUSTOMERS is extremely unsettling. Would be nervous to go here alone as a single woman.

Stopped in on a Thursday night about 7pm, we had a group of 7 people. We were seated right away. The atmosphere and decor is warm and inviting (I wish I took some pictures). The service was great, friendly greeters and servers.
They have a fantastic menu, something for everyone, and my compliments to the chef. They cut no corners, everything is made from scratch, and the prices are reasonable.
I would certainly recommend Dockside to everyone... great food great price great experience!

Atmosphere awesome, but unfortunately it ends there !! Food not great at all, but more importantly "barely warm". Offer was made to replace order, but time was a factor, so we had to decline. Two other tables near us - same issue. One couple said they did replace the order, but "STILL COLD". Also, mashed potatoes w/ my order were extremely "chunky" - did not taste like they were cooked to completion. Unreal. Never ever again. People obviously go there for the view, can't be for the food !!!!!
Parking: Small parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: I would think kid friendly.

I got there 20 minutes early for our reservation. Hostess wanted to seat me at the bar. I'm 80 and not comfortable on high stools and told her that. She said she couldn't seat me until my party was all here. I can understand that if they were busy, but nobody was sitting at any tables in main room and only 2 parties were on the patio. I said I could sit in my car, sarcastically and she went for that. Pissed now, I said I will sit on patio and you
can throw me out if you choose. Food was not that good but we had a sweet waitress Bella that was great.
Steak was overcooked, frys were soggy, and coffee was cool. Won't be back.
Excellent food, and great prices

After a great day on the water we pulled up and docked at Dockside for a bite to eat. Note that you should call the harbor master if using the dock. (2) hours transient dockage for free. The phone number is on the blue signs.
We were greeted promptly by the hostess who was able to accommodate our request for patio seating. Our server was friendly and efficient. They have a nice selection of drinks from local craft beers to frozen cocktails and everything in between (with the exception of the Prosecco spits the day we went).
Plenty of food options. I tried the chicken sandwich. It was fair to good. A bit rubbery for my liking. Not sure if under cooked or a bad piece. The veggie burger was good but a tad messy. Had actual small chunks of veggies in it.
The redactable awning was a nice touch and the scenery of the passing boats is great. The drinks get a top grade, the food was average for us. I will say the chicken tender (2) table got near us were huge and they said tasted great. A nice place to unwind!
UPDATE: We got back out to Dockside and had a great time on the patio. The food was great, the drinks nice and cold and the service was top notch. It is relaxing and enjoyable to relax by the water and watch the boats go by.

Dockside is a neat place to hang out and it's right on the water! The food was Great! Tim was a very friendly and polite bartender. However, 2 of the bartendresses and their seating people were not. They acted as if I was bothering or interrupting them. I was polite and respectful to the bartendresses and tried to make small talk while they got me a beer. Next time, if these 2 are there, I'll go elsewhere. There are plenty of places to go near them to enjoy a beer and the view. I Don't need to go here. I'll hang out with my friends Pablo and Diablo! ?
