It's the go to ice cream place for my family. The staff is always very pleasant and no matter what we try it never disappoints.

I came in today with my daughter at the back window around 6pm. A girl with blonde-ish curly hair took my order at the window and was very rude to my daughter and I. It was my day off and all I wanted to do was treat my daughter and that interaction just ticked me off a bit. Like she was rude to my 11 year old daughter. What kind of day you're having does not mean you can unfairly treat your customers and I will not be returning due to this incident.

Me and my wife had a great experience ..ice cream made right and generously topped ..the custard was very good at least to me ...i got the vanilla with my churro sunday ..my wife got a make shift strawberry cheescake sunday ..while they had all the stuff it was not a sunday on the menu ..they kindly accommodated us...it was still made to order perfecrly ....6/21/12:26 pm ..

Inconsistent sizes, the person in front of me ordered a large. I ordered a Large. Their’s was towering, almost 2x the size of the dish. Mine barely went a quarter inch over the dish. The girl across the counter gave me a cocky look as if she wanted me to say something. Instead I took my ice cream and left. They need a manager watching over these kids at all times. It was 90 degrees out today, I just wanted what I paid for. I’ll be going to Hoovers from now on.

The ice cream is good, staff is nice, BUT the sloppiest ice cream, it is always flowing over the side of the cups and makes the biggest messes. It’s disgusting.

Just waited five minutes in the ice cream parlor at 2:00 PM and 80 plus degrees out. No acknowledgement whatsoever despite people in the pizza area knowing I was waiting there! Bummer. I was SO ready for a nice large lemon ice!?
Great local ice cream shop. They serve many flavors of perry's ice cream. Got to get the soft serve twist.

I would not give them a single star. Took the order immediately. Sent us to check out. My husband ate his banana split while waiting to be cashed out! The cashier left made order and only checked her orders out. Our girl, kept making orders. Never cashed out until he was finished!! Terrible Service!
