I would come back to North Tonawanda just for this coffee shop. My family and I was visiting Niagara Falls from Fort Wayne, Indiana. We stayed at an Airbnb close to this coffee shop. We ended up in here every morning grabbing coffee.
The drinks were spectacular, but the owners and staff were even better. They were so friendly and nice carried on conversations and engaged with the customers. ? Definitely try this place out.

I had my first Strawberry Matcha Latte and it was so tasty - I loved it! I can’t wait to stop by again. Service was great and I really liked the atmosphere. An overall great first visit! :)

The coffee here was always spectacular, I visited the shop once or twice & found myself becoming a regular.
They serve MudWater, which is also pretty nice!

I also just banned my old local coffee shop, I heard that the whole band from Green Day actually had to stop into the shop, & donate some of their Punk Bunny Coffee beans in person.
I can't wait to visit again!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LBH! It's the coolest place to grab a drink. Clearly to some reviewers, you don't know the story about the owner and why there's a baby there but I mainly go there to chill, snuggle a baby, and sip on my favorite drink the minty mocha! Such a unique menu and they always have the best cookies for my little girlys. Plus the water bottles they have, who doesn't love that! I love the order ahead option so if I don't have time to chill I can grab and go! Hats off to everyone being friendly and having a shop where employees are able to talk to each other and customers. LBH you have a very special place in my heart!

I just adore Little Black Heart Coffee!!! I realized after being a customer for years, It’s overdue I review this spot! (As an elder emo myself, I love the name as an ode to Ace Enders wonderful writing.)

Not only is every drink I have ordered soooooo tasty, but I regularly tell them to “surprise me” when I can’t decide. They never steer me wrong! Coffee or tea, they never disappoint.

I love the front space, as well as the chill back seating area. The option to grab & go, or to chill and work, is so nice! Their bathroom is also always super clean. Their logo and decor / wallpaper are 10/10.

LBH is a vegan cafe, stocked with yummy local vegan treats. There is also a great take-home selection of drink supplies (Hello, TeaPigs anyone?!) as well as cute gifts and greeting cards. A true one stop shop.

I am always impressed with the freshness of LBH’s goods. The owner cares so much about sourcing the best ingredients. There are always fresh things arriving - no old beans or milk alternatives here!

The other non-drink-related thing I love about LBH is that they are so family friendly. I love a neighborhood spot without the snooty safe vibe. I even got to see the owner’s cute lil Baby, who brought a smile to my face. (Why is anyone going to starb**ks when they can literally see the family and staff y’all can support by spending locally?!)

I just can’t say enough good things. It’s not even a big deal for me to drive 35 min from home to get a lil treat. Always more than worth it!

I come here almost every single day of my life. It's always got the best music playing. I love the decor and just overall vibe. Sad emo club forever. ? The owner and baristas are some of the most genuinely kind and caring people I've ever met. You feel like you're going to hangout with close friends every time you stop in. I also love the owner for showing up for her business every single day while also killing it as a Mom. I love how comfy and personal this place is. It's helped me through some seriously hard times in my life having this as a loving safe space to stop by in and start my days with. One of my all time fave drinks is their Gummy Bear Matcha. Which tastes like a gummy bear. No explanation needed. If you know you know. They always have awesome drink specials as well. You will not find another coffee shop that cares as much as the owner and her baristas do. Thank you guys for the very good to many of my days and for the much needed friendly conversations. You are all the best! ???

We love, love, love this coffee shop! The coffee and matcha is always amazing and the staff and owner are super friendly! Delicious creative coffee and treats , definitely check it out!

My husband and I have been going to Little Black Heart for over a year. Love this place!!!

Lydia the owner, is amazing ? She always says Hi, and chats with us while we wait for our coffee to be made.

We love her chill vibe, and the cozy atmosphere she has created. LBH meets all your needs for a place to hang out, or a place to work. It may not be the biggest coffee shop, but Lydia and her staff have the biggest hearts, and care about you and the coffee they serve.

Kid-friendliness: Lydia has a couch or table/chairs that kids can be comfortable sitting on or at.

She has games in the back area that my boys love playing. On Thursdays you can get banana bread, and I have to get 1 for each of my boys.

My boys love her hot chocolate, and the staff always remembers which milk goes with which boy.
