Ordered via the app and when we got to the store were told they had not app order and we would not be charged as that only happens when they get the order. We'll they did charge us and now we have to wait 5 days to have it refunded. Train your staff!!!

Ordered a bagel sandwich on the app. They gave me a mcgriddle meal not what I ordered. Called for a refund and they told me I have to drive all the way back to the store they will not refund me through the app or compensate me for my time in any way. After all the bad press lately you should be trying harder. This occurred morning os Saturday November 23rd and I spoke with the manager by phone. Don't let with McDonald's.

Saturday morning pickup, ordered ahead, looked like employees didn’t care anyone was waiting, all fooling around and loudly talking with backs to the customers. Several people waiting for their order ahead food. Someone had to yell for the employees to turnaround and they then realized they should do there job.

A very convenient McDonald's restaurant where you can order food by yourself. There are not many people and it is clean and tidy. You can also take a little rest.

They don't allow people under the age of 18 to eat inside. I went there with a abult,got my food,sat down and started eating,then the worker approached me with a a aggressive tone and Siad we need to leave even after i told her im with a adult.She called the cops and we explained to the cops we did nothing and we were with a adult and they were confused on why she called the cops on us.There was nothing on the door that said you are not allowed to eat here if you are under 18 it only said that the loddy was close from 2 to 3:30 on week days which it was Saturday.I have to order and go to the the near by burger King to eat my food. Don't go here if you want to kicked out after you ordered your food and get the cops called if you try to eat there.

They kicked me and buddy out for no reason and called the police, the rule for the lobby, on the door, stated that if it is a weekend the lobby is open for people under 18, yet they still kicked us out. We then tried to sit down at Burger King, subway, and the Tim hortans near by and they didn’t let us eat there. So that forced us to go home, and on the way home, I dropped my food and wasted 20 dollars. Eat at this mc Donald’s if you want to have the police called on you and kicked out for no reason.
