Absolutely love their food, but the service and consistency is the worst I've ever seen. multiple times we have had them forget things, and this most recent time we went to pickup and they hadn't even started the order at the promised time. I totally understand things happen and we are always very nice to the employees, but they need to get it together.

I just ordered two personal pizzas for $30 and watched the girl literally check me out at the front and not wash her hands and start making my food. It took another worker to tell her. Disgusted. First and last time here. Who knows what the rest of the food has seen. The manager assured me the oven would kill the germs but she was nice enough to refund me and keep the pizzas.

I usually get a white pizza. They are amazing. Sometimes they forget onions and put it in last minute and reheat the food. No one wants Raw onion on pizza.

Visited Pizza Amore in Tonawanda this evening and I can’t say enough great things about the entire experience. We stopped there after a long, sad day and it’s almost as if the gentleman at the counter could tell we needed extra kindness. DJ was attentive, courteous, helpful and took very good care of us. The rest of the staff followed his lead and were just as wonderful. The chicken wing pizza was phenomenal and the rest of our food was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Pizza Amore. 5 stars ?

New to the area and this place was extremely disappointing! Do not recommend. The price was outrageous for what we received. Arrived on time and was told it would be another 15 minutes. Ordered a Greek salad with cheese and 2 different dressings on the side because of allergies and they didn't put the cheese on the side, they ran out of feta, then said it would take 10 more minutes to remake it as well as didn't give us the correct extra dressing flavor that was paid for. No discount or remedy for it. Or friend the salad was ordered for wasn't able to eat the salad because of the cheese allergy, complete waste. Atmosphere and customer service was appropriate to a fast food restaurant not an expensive pizza place.That being said the pepperoni pizza and wings were good, the cannoli pizza was okay, and we won't return or recommend.

I ordered there famous pizza stingers chicken and it was saggy and looks like soup not pizza I returned it back and told them just give me cheese and mushrooms and i took it home it was the same allot of sauce and after waiting for it to kool down so I can pick it up it was the same thing every thing fall off it felt like I have to use a spoon to eat it I throw the whole pizza out waist of money and time please if you can’t make a good pizza don’t claim is good i had way batter pizza then that and your one slice of pizza that is missing it’s on the ground because it’s a soup not pizza it’s under cooked in side you should work on making your customers happy not the other way around and by the way the second pizza it went in the garbage i should have asked for refund

My work tried this pizza for the first time yesterday and it was awesome ! So many options that you can get in any size including personal so perfect for lunch! I had the spinach and ricotta pizza and added banana peppers. It was so good! Definitely will be ordering again. Give them a try !

I tried to order on line and certain subs were shown “out of stock” while others on the menu didn’t appear at all. I then tried to call and no one answered. Since I was ordering for other family members, I went there in person. The counter girl was courteous and took my order and was sure to ask if I wanted the rolls toasted, which I ordered. When I asked how long, the manager told me 30 minutes. When I came back in 30 minutes, they told me it would be 10 more. When I returned in 10 minutes, they told me it would be 5 more minutes. When I finally opened the order, the rolls were not toasted and in fact were cold.

As far as I know, the only wood fired pizza in NT. Stopped by to check it out for lunch in hopes they sold slices, which they did. The wood fired thin crust cheese and spicy pepperoni was excellent. Small window shelf area with stools to eat in. Mostly take out business at this location. We will be coming back again to order a whole pizza and maybe try out the wood fired wings and fries. They have another location in Grand Island and a Food Truck.

Actually very good. Nice and cheesy, delicious crust and pepperoni cups has a real nice spice. White pizza with anchovies was real good. Definitely order from there again.Went back and ordered cheese and pepperoni and a single order of bbq wings with hot sauce on it. WOW. Wings are baked in the wood fired pizza oven and they taste amazing, the wood gives it a very delicious flavor. My new go to place, easily. Service was the best, friendly, quick, i wish I would have got the young lady’s name that served me. Place was very clean and you literally look right into the oven as they make your food. Can’t wait to try the other food on the menu.
