THe BEST Orange Chocolate AND the BEST Sponge candy in WNY. My daughter loved O. Sponge Candy and asked people for it for Christmas so we had a North to Southern Western New York tour over the years and they have the best, most crisp sponge inside and melty smooth chocolate on the outside. Plus having an Ice Cream Shop on one side, the Chocolate Shop on the other side, an Espresso machine for coffee drinks AND still watch things being made when in production and you walk and look into the windows. Beautiful and in good weather, covered outdoor seating.
Totally awesome experience! Atmosphere was 2nd to none!

The Toasted White Chocolate Mocha at Platter’s Chocolate Factory was good. It had the right amount of sweetness for a good mocha :)

First off chocolate are delicious...We found this place few years ago back. When in town we also stock up. 2 sales people were great today. One help us get 3 1bs of single chocolate piece, patience. And then the young lady who was checking us out notice we had item that was not with our theme. She run to sales floor to get right item. Outstanding!!

This place is absolutely amazing! The selection and variety is fantastic. Got the dark chocolate sponge candy, and a variety box of truffles. Delicious!

There are lots of chocolate makers in wny but Platter’s is the best! Their orange chocolate is the perfect balance. Platter’s is the only chocolate my family has given us for holidays since I can remember. The quality of their chocolate has never changed, it’s absolutely perfect.

Of course the chocolate is great, but they also have great ice cream and coffees!
