I can't do it anymore. Years ago, before COVID-19, Submasters was our go-to place for pizza. Now? It's been consistently hit-or-miss. Sometimes it's good, but often times it's just... not. It's either burnt, messy, or like today, just a giant grease sponge. It hasn't been good in a long time for us, and it makes us sad. Submasters used to be our #1, but I think we are going to stay with Francos from now on. Maybe we'll be back in another few years to see if we finally have our favorite pizza place back! :(

First time trying sunmasters I had just ordered a 1/2 sheet and 20 wings and I have to admit it was very good. Everything was perfect. The workers were very friendly also. I definitely will order again. I waited inside and it only took 15 minutes. Im glad I tried submasters in north tonawanda

Update: We were in a last week, ordered combo with onion rings, got fries instead, didn't say anything, let it go. Ordered through Slice for delivery today, paid extra for steak fries, extra crispy - got soggy regular fries instead. Ordered 4:03 - delivered 5:20 - we live 5min away. Everything cold and soggy, Super disappointed - In person is good, delivery is a waste. --- Original review - Tried the bacon cheeseburger today and it was practically perfect. We usually get subs which never disappoint. Steak fries, extra crispy, every time. Their dessert game is strong, the Oreo cake is so rich you can share no problem. Solid, consistent, local.

Got delivery through Ubereats but wow. These subs are some of the worst I've ever had. 'Regular toasted' means burnt. When they ask you what ingredients you want on it, I hope you mean the barest sliver. . . Think I got MAYBE a dozen pepperonis on my pizza sub. Basically tasted like a really long, crappy grilled cheese.
I won't ever go back. I highly suggest you try another place. Subways is better than this and they suck. My suggest is Mike's Subs. Decent prices and good taste. Not much to look at but you eat with your mouth, not your eyes.

Its a sub shop. There is seating but not a lot price was $15 for a steak sub which I think is going rate these days. Tasted good but hard to justify a $20 lunch.

I only stopped in for a slice of pizza to kill time while waiting for the metro bus. But it was a really good slice of pizza! I grew up in Niagara falls in the little Italy and I am somewhat of a pizza snob! LOL But seriously, I don't like too many pizza joints unless they really do it right and they do. If my bus wasn't due soon I would have gotten more. The counter person was pleasant and I believe I spoke to the owner who merely directed me to the mens room but he had the air of a pizza guy, like I remember from my long lost youth in little Italy.

I am extremely concerned about the owner of this business. On his public Facebook page, he has shared posts that celebrate white supremacist ancestry and make statements that many would consider blatantly racist. His posts include glorifying past acts of racial violence and dismissing the harm caused by systemic racism, while urging others to “embrace” a racist lineage. For anyone considering supporting this business: please be aware of the values this owner is publicly promoting. Supporting a business whose owner openly shares such beliefs is deeply troubling and sends a harmful message. THIS IS WHAT HE SAID....
You see a flock of birds in random flight, suddenly one turns and they all turn, without cause, without reason. One of the things that separates us as a species is our ability to act and think independently and as individuals. It’s strange how often we’re seeing millions of people suddenly moving on to a new cause and leaving the last one behind, changing like a mindless flock on a moments notice. Whether it’s through media or social acceptance, it’s hard to believe that today so many can be so easily influenced by the will of others. While the fight against “white privilege” has been around for a while it still strikes me as odd how people can turn against even their own lineage to feel accepted by the flock. Every race is rich in heritage, know and embrace your own past, it is who you are. Never be so foolish to deny your own ancestry and never judge any entire race based on Iniquities of the past, they account for a very small percentage of people and are shared among every race and religion, none are without guilt and no one should make you feel shamed for being who you are or where you come from!
