Doors locked. 10 am Sunday open for service on door & website. I left at 10:20 am ; subway associate in store, but would not unlock door or answer phone calls. Oh well , your store lost out on a $60 order, not that your employee cares.

I had the promo of 6.99 for the new subs the cashier had no idea on what it was about didn’t know the subs that where included in it and when asked about it I was told I don’t deal with the app or online , I was charged full price when it should of been half. I will not be going back. Employees completely rude

Ordered 2 subs took half an hour for girl to make them, they need staff that can work faster there were 4 men behind me felt terrible for them. My order wasn't that hard ,never again.

The manager there was mouthing me off on the phone and was very rude. I wanted to know if I could use a coupon for three foot long subs for 17.99 I asked if I could order in store they said online only very nice about it when I asked, then the nice heavyset lady working (which was probably manager) was very rude and my friend over heard her say I’m a cheapskate for not wanting to pay full price, I’m sorry that I want to pay $20 for three subs instead of $45, maybe you should let corporate know they should not send coupons to peoples houses, if that is going to be a problem.

I'm frustrated. I ordered a sub from this location on door dash specifically because I had good luck with them in the past, but this time my dasher sent me an apologetic message that his request for a side cup of the Baja sauce was loudly shot down by an overwhelmed but rude teenager who was working. The sauce is the only reason I order from subway.

This subway honestly sucks. I’ve only been to this exact Subway maybe 4 times. I prefer the one off of Webster St. The blonde guy that works behind the counter needs to learn how to make subs. He decides to charge me double cheese because he broke cheese up in chunks but the other subs he laid the cheese out. I ask for more cheese because it’s tiny pieces. I should have walked out after him seeing him make it that way and go to the other one.
