Food and drinks are expensive and not great. Vodka tea tastes like a rotten lemon. Terrible. Chicken fingers are expensive and just so so. Band was awwwffuulll. The girl singer could not carry a tune to save her life. They should need to audition before putting them on the stage. Atmosphere was nice because it’s on the river. Place is a bit overrated. Sorry not sorry. Do better.

Very limited menu...seems to be a drinking rather than eating establishment...had to eat inside...not happy

I had asked for the manager to come over and look at how filthy the stuff was on our table along with the bugs crawling around in the napkins. She made no apologies and had no explanation as to why everything was so disgusting. In fact she seemed rather aggravated that I had pointed out the things I was concerned about. Unbelievably she never offered to correct the situation. I can only hope the owner sees this post and takes the appropriate measures with the manager and the staff about cleaning everything thoroughly. As for us we canceled our order and promptly left.

Very beautiful location on the Niagara River. Outside musical duo were very good. Food was tasty and well prepared. Excellent server. Made for a wonderful outside, summertime dinner!

Went here for lunch and a couple cocktails. Chose an outdoor table under a shade sail. Every single staff member was friendly and accommodating. Drinks were served quickly. Ordered clam-stuffed mushrooms (4) and they were excellent. Shared an order of mild chicken fingers (5) and fries, and those were perfect too. If you're looking for a fun, casual place on the water, you can't do better than The Shores on a hot, sunny Sunday afternoon.
