Generally speaking we enjoy a trip to Tim Hortons. However, our visits to this location are particularly unpleasant. On our most recent visit we witnessed the employee working in the sandwich area come to the register to argue with several different customers.
Really terrible location. Employees are rude and unprofessional. Order a steak chipotle wrap meal and they only put steak on it and nothing else. For the chips they said theyre not hot and asked if cold is ok. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location. Seems like they lack leadership or the manager doesnt care

The costumer service is poor, waited in the drive thru today, while the people workin inside were having a conversation with people in a vehicle infront of us, while the line grew vehicle after vehicle . Held up the drive thru line to socialize. Thats just one issue with this location
