Both people we interacted with were very rude as if it were an inconvenience to have customers. We have only been to Canadian Tim Horton’s and expected the same great service and good quality but were met with rude employees and stale donuts! :(

We visit this store , and I wanna share our disappointment experience at a coffee shop on Saturday, March 8, 2025. As we encountered a rude behaviour from a staff member (a lady wearing head covering ) wanna say sorry for my description as I forgot her name her name tag is not that seen and it was got covered from her head cover who spoke unprofessionally to both the customers and her colleague, name Ali. Ali is polite while taking the order. However, the rude staff member interrupted Ali, raised her voice, and roughly grabbed the computer for taking the order during payment. She asked me what kind of card I’m using When I explained that I'm using a card from Canada, the staff member questioned it rudely. I hopes the shop’s management addresses this issue to improve customer service.Shes rude when just check the menu on the screen we didn’t even go near the counter yet she stared at us we even told her we’re not yet ready to order we’re still checking it. She raised her voice telling us “Call me when your ready to order and walk out from the counter to go inside the room in the corner “

I don't ever complain about bad or poor service unless its absolutely inexcusable. I wish you could give no stars because that's how ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE this location is. I went through the drive thru & ordered a med & LG coffee for roll up the rim. I was never given a total, just told pull up. I was given a game cup & a regular cup so I asked for a game cup but was told LG wasn't available which should've been mentioned but I asked for a medium game cup which other location do without even having to ask. I was told no. Just so completely unprofessional and worse part was my LG latte was filled barely halfway. I had to go back after getting halfway home to ask can she fill it all the way which I recieved major attitude as if I'm the one who messed all this up. She made a latte in a new cup & filled my cup with the rest then walked away saying nothing to me to attend to the drive thru with more attitude. I asked for her name & she told me she can't give me her name. This was by far the worse customer service I've EVER experienced anywhere. I called the store to ask her name again & was hung up on. Something needs to be done with this location because it is the worst in the area by miles!!! Shocked this location remains open with employees like this young girl working there.

ICE CAP MACHINE IS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. As someone who has worked for Tim Hortons for a long time. I can tell when a machine has not been cleaned properly. The ice cap mix compared to all the other Tim Hortons is absolutely disgusting. I quite literally live behind this Tim Hortons, and will drive to young Street before I order here. Which sucks because I ordered Tim Hortons at least twice a day and hate driving… Please clean your machine properly..

Worse tim hortons ever never coming back to this location again other locations are fine this location is a joke dont recommended this location to anyone the workers take forever with ur food like the place never has a line or anything ill place a pick up order and I'll literally wait 20 mins before even leaving and it will be 30 mins I get there and they'll tell me my food still isn't ready so I'll wait an additional 10 mins they need new workers at this location cause they clearly don't know or care about their job

Went here on a hot day, asked for an iced coffee and an iced cap, the iced coffee was still warm and had no ice cubes in it, asked for more after she explained she just brewed the coffee, which is fine... Just empty some out and put some ice in it... She puts 3 ice cubes in it and gives it back, then proceeded to argue with me after telling her she only gave us one straw, there's only one straw in the vehicle why even argue the straws are right next to you just hand one over and the conversation is over. By far the worst Tim Hortons EVER!

AND THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME MY STEAK WRAP. The girl in the window was ridiculously rude AND I'm diabetic so here I am after taking insulin WITH NO FOOD!! I can see the owner is repeatedly telling people to call in and all I have to say to you is HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE WHO ARENT RUDE. Who ever was working the window around 2:30 7/4/24 should be fired and consider a job that doesn't involve customer service. Won't be going back.

I went in for a large soda and the guy gives me what looked like a medium, I said this is a medium, I said no its the larger cup. He tells me that's an x-large, i was like since when? I just got a large yesterday for the "X-LARGE". Boy I got scammed big time.

This Tim Hortons is just full of service that doesn’t care and I’ve gone there and been told the Tim bits aren’t ready or something is down. Like pulled up to this place twice and been told nah we don’t have that and then just pull away and it’s like why did I even bother again.
