TLDR:Disappointing Decline in Service at Meadow Drive Tim Hortons

Over the past year or more, the quality of service at the Tim Hortons on Meadow Drive has noticeably gone downhill. What finally prompted me to write this review was yet another frustrating experience with an incorrect and incomplete order.

Time and time again, this location has failed to have enough stock of basic items. Today, they were out of all croissants, and despite ordering sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches, we received bacon, egg, and cheese instead. To make matters worse, the wait time was unusually long, and you could feel the stress and disorganization from the employees while they struggled to complete our order.

I can’t help but wonder if there’s been a recent change in management that’s contributed to this decline. Whatever the cause, it’s clear something is off. I’ve started driving out of my way to visit a different Tim Hortons just to avoid the repeated disappointment at this one—despite Meadow being the closest to home.

Every once in a while, I try to give this location another chance out of convenience, but I always end up regretting it. If improvements aren’t made soon, I’m sure more customers will start taking their business elsewhere, just like I have.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the area! Food is always made incorrectly and the workers simply do not care - food is always undercooked especially grilled cheese panini! Last one was cold cheese and not toasted bread / what’s a waste of time and money - don’t patronize this place you’ll be disappointed

I cant stand this tim hortons. Im here every morning and its either my ice coffee tastes old or made wrong. The food is so inconsistent, or forgotten. The staff here cares more about there time on the drive trough window more then anything. If you order an ice cap or a wrap they will automatically pull you around and wait by the door. Please fix this problem

Shut this location down. Would give 0 stars if I could. They get your order wrong 10/10 times, that's not even an exaggeration. And the workers cant speak any English. They literally dont know what words on the menu are or mean. I don't understand how we're hiring people to speak to customers when they dont know half the English language. And corporate. Instead of commenting why dont you do something about it. Do you not see all the other complaints about this location? FIRE THEM DUH.

As a doordash driver i find this store to be a joke, how is it when the store has nobody inside when its actually dead in the store it still takes 10 minutes to get helped and i still have to wait 15 minutes for the order, how do you guys suck this bad, 3 employees just sitting around doing nothing, and the one that is doing something just ignores the counter

My son had summer school down the street, so we came here every morning for six weeks. Some days were slower, some were busier, and there were days they might have been short-staffed — but every single day, we saw people working hard and caring about their jobs. They always put in the effort to please their customers. After they saw us come in regularly, each person greeted us with a smile. By the last days we visited, they already knew what we wanted and had it ready for us. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated!

I live down the street. Horrible location. Closed it down and get some people who speak English and aren’t rude to staff. Maybe getting fresh bagels too because mine was hard and disgusting. They are stingy with Cream cheese lol. I drive to the next location to avoid this one. North Tonawanda needs a better location😭 fire management here asap!

Whoever manages this Tim Hortons needs to be let go! This location is the worse location out of all locations! It sucks so bad i wouldn’t even get water from here because something might be wrong with the water lol. First they never have ANYTHING! Staff is a mess! Just about 90% of the time it doesn’t matter what time of the day the doughnuts or bagels are hard and old. How did I go at 9:20am and by bagel is hard as a rock and cold when I asked for it toasted? Be for real! Also maybe teach the employees here to let the Tim bits cool down before glazed because 9/10 if you order Tim bits they will be a mess. Soggy and wet and goes in the trash because not even my toddler wants to eat them like that. I avoid this location but it’s sad because it down the street from my home but I’d rather drive to a different location. Oh and you better believe any latte or any drink that’s not just a regular coffee is going to be disgusting. They use just milk and nothing else. Had to take my coffee and drive to the other location and replaced it with one better. This location sucks big time. I hope they shut down. Oh and let’s try actually putting cream cheese on the damn bagel and not a swipe across like it’s a cream shortage or something. Hate this location.

Was just at the drive through and ordered a regular chili, got home and it is a small. I paid for a regular. Tried to call but nobody picks up the phone. While I was there the staff was busier arguing instead of making sure I got a correct order. Can't drive back because my lunch hour is over.

Update : So you ask me to contact customer care, that was my first move, but your app doesn't work, so then I wrote a review. Also instead of asking me to do something, how about you making it right.
This was the last time I frequent that location.
