I recently visited Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was slow, with no sense of urgency despite a fairly empty store. My order was wrong, and when I brought it up to the staff, they seemed uninterested in fixing the issue. I ordered a vanilla cream doughnut and the doughnut was empty with no filling. My sandwich(bacon egg and cheese English muffin) had egg shells in the eggs. The only way that an Ice Capp can be ordered is if you ask for extra cream because if not they won’t add any and you’ll the just the stuff from the machine. The amount of times I’ve come and gotten the wrong order has been extremely disappointing. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and will be thinking twice before returning. Definitely not the quality I used to enjoy.

Everytime I come here I order a bacon and sausage no egg on a plain bagel and pay for the added bacon at that and everytime they give me sausage and 2 eggs how hard is it to realize I don’t eat eggs I request it off for a reason

Don't waste your money at this location. Coffee is done right most of the time, but food never. Got home to find a burnt bagel I could not eat Last time it was rock hard and partially burnt. They just can't get it right with the food.

Not overly impressed. When you have to wait 15 minutes for your order to be completely wrong, just to wait even longer for the correct order, one gets aggravated. At least the food was fresh.

I went to this location with a friend to have a beverage and catch up. The employee who took our order was not very pleasant, nor were the other ones who were working. They acted like the customers both at the counter and drive thru window were an inconvenience. The cleanliness of this location on the day I was there was deplorable!! The garbage cans, at 9:15 in the morning, in the cafe area were overflowing. I’m not sure about the mens room, but upon entering the woman’s room there appeared to be vomitus on the floor, the garbage can here too was overflowing, and the hand dryer did not work. I would avoid this location at all costs.

This location is more convenient for me. It's like 2 minutes from my house. I've given this store over a week now and every time I go there they're rude they never smile or say hello after you say hi. So today was my last day. Just sad no customer service there.
