I ordered a bacon everything bagel with an extra egg I came up to the window they said they didn’t have the everything bagel so I was like yeah that’s fine replace it with a plain bagel I drive all the way home opened up my food and saw a everything bagel with a piece of cheese and a sausage what kind of incompetence runs this location don’t go here go to the one on twin city by the thruway

Everytime I've ordered food and drinks via the drive through, they always get something wrong and never give the extra hashbrown. There's a clear language barrier, which would be fine if the orders were correct. Don't bother ordering a hasbrown because they'll charge you and you won't receive it.

⭐️ Stopped in around 11:45 AM and the customer service was lacking. The staff wasn’t rude, but there was no greeting when I walked in, and I stood at the counter for about 5–10 minutes before being acknowledged. That kind of wait, especially with no eye contact or simple “we’ll be right with you,” creates unnecessary tension. A quick acknowledgment goes a long way and makes customers feel seen. Small things like that really do matter.

Although the staff have been better the infestation of fruit flies in the donut/muffin case is disgusting and unsanitary and the dinning area is always dirty.

Coffee was good. Donuts were not bad but not great English speaking staff. You would think by now you would not have to repeat yourself 3 times for a regular cup of coffee.

Absolute worst service Everytime I go there can't get the order right and I bought a cheddar panini meal with the chips and I asked for them and the worker argued with me then told me I need to learn how to order then my sandwich didn't even come in a bag it was handed to me in the packageing
Absolute worst tim hortons I have been to recently. They never have food ready on-time. Often times old and stale, made incorrectly, with a wait time that includes your car being pulled to the front door. Will not return.

I came here for a quick breakfast to order what I always get at tim hortons which is a cinnamon raison bagel with cream cheese toasted and a glazed chocolate donuts and after paying thats when they tell me they dont have any of those items. I left very disappointed and would rather have gone to the tim hortons thats on the Niagara Falls Boulevard.

Pulled up to drive thru and greeted with what do you need? Was gonna just leave but stuck in line and just ordered medium coffee 2 cream. Pulled up and kids hands were gross and then handed me a medium coffee 2 cream 2 sugar. How do you mess up a cup of coffee?

Service is horrendous, always a long wait, then when you finally get your order it's either incorrect, room temp or looks like a child made it. Stay away and drive an extra 5 minutes to the next nearest Tim Hortons, this is literally the worst one!
