Great service here at the Norwich location. Lovely staff and really clean dining room. Zero complaints from the food too.

Last night I ordered a 13 dollar meal bacon and Swiss . To go order I come home and there is no Swiss no bacon . I come back tonight to express myself about it and was treated poorly rudely and personally if this is how a loyal customer gets treated I'll take my business to another establishment .

This is one of the Cleanest BKs in America & Canada! Workers are always friendly, warm and hard-working. Even with the seemingly endless stream of indoor and drive-thru customers (a testimony to this restaurant choice among the dozen in the vicinity), the staff always exudes smiles that are vividly genuine. When not serving customers they are perennially cleaning the tables and soda counters, as well as regularly servicing the washrooms to present the entire facility in an immaculate condition. Kudos to manager Amber!
