Drank my whole iced coffee only to find a dead fly at the bottom of the cup. The service here is not great. Employees are rude and not welcoming.

Went there today and was super disappointed. First, the employee that was waiting on me I felt rushed. She didn’t smile and after I had ordered, she didn’t cash me out as I’m standing there with my card. Then the next person waited on and cashed out before I was even cashed out then my sandwich was burnt, finally the other person cashed me out but told me to tap here and didn’t ask if I wanted to receipt or anything. I wasn’t sure if I was done paying the bill. She just walked away to me. That’s not good customer service and that does not make me want to come back Other times and had a completely different girl there that was great. I don’t know what happened to her, but she was not there today. Try harder customers,every customer should be treated the same. And to that waitress that doesn’t smile and was completely rude if you don’t like your job, then find a different, sorry, but the way you treated me was not acceptable

Asked for plan bagel to go and was given a frozen bagel. The employees don’t smile or welcome you. Three bad experiences I will not go back.
