I go here every single day to get coffee. I order the same exact thing every single day. And when I say EVERY DAY, I really mean it. They still screw the order up every single time. This is why I stopped going to Dunkin' and started going to Deja Brew but since Deja Brew was flooded they have temporarily closed and Dunkin' is unfortunately my only option unless I want to travel to 7Brew in Binghamton, which I am seriously considering...at least they get my order right every time. If you specialize in something and that is what you are known for and your customers pay good money for their order, get it right. So many screw ups is unacceptable. Doesn't matter if its morning, noon, or night.

It was a busy morning... my coworker and I stopped in to get coffee. There was a new person training. A women came acting very snarky over the amount of coffee she felt she needed in her cup. I watched them handle it with grace and kindness correcting the issue. Our coffees were made perfect and we just wanted to super lift up the staff- who even in a rush were kind to someone who was not! That's a winning crew. I would give a 10/10 if it was possible! ♡

Awful! I ordered a small hot chai latte. It came out half full, and when I went to drink it, it was nothing but watered down milk that cost me $4.68. Save yourself the money and skip Dunkin.

The location is convenient but they need some serious work here. The order has been messed up 3 out of 4 times, which causes delays and long wait times for everyone. They don't seem to care either. 🤷🏼♂️
Update: yet another trash experience. Not even worth keeping this location open. I don’t understand how two locations in the same town can be so different from eachother. Today we ordered 2 of the $6 meal deals. First we only got one coffee and were told we only paid for one which was incorrect. They fixed that. Then as we were leaving I went to eat my sandwich to realize there was no egg on it. So we went back, I went in and let them know about the issue. I was nice enough to say if you’d like to just give me the egg to throw on it, I’d be happy. The girl who made the sandwiches had an attitude about it, as if I just interrupted her day. I’m absolutely tired of the bullshit here, it’s pathetic that I should drive clear across town for my order to be right when there is a location much closer to me. That girl can take her attitude and shove it. It’s pathetic that people today can’t hold themselves accountable for mistakes and want to treat others as if they somehow are bothering them by wanting what they paid for. This location needs to drown because it’s been a problem since day 1.
I wish I could give this place a 0 because that what it deserves. Horrible customer service, rude employees and they can’t even make a simple coffee let alone complete a full order without messing it up in some fashion. I will never give this store business again and neither should anyone else, especially with their lack of cleanliness.
