It was a busy morning... my coworker and I stopped in to get coffee. There was a new person training. A women came acting very snarky over the amount of coffee she felt she needed in her cup. I watched them handle it with grace and kindness correcting the issue. Our coffees were made perfect and we just wanted to super lift up the staff- who even in a rush were kind to someone who was not! That's a winning crew. I would give a 10/10 if it was possible! ♡
Love me some Dunkin'! The service here is quick and they are always polite. We're on first name basis and they always get my order correct no matter what time. It doesn't matter whether it's super early or right before closing they always know how to make our day so much better!
